With a panoramic view of The Gulf of Mexico and Hawks Cay Marina, our condo boasts a wrap-around screened in porch between our double master bedrooms and large living area that offers you many options to take in the stunning view during your stay. This condo is all on one floor and has an elevator for easy access.

About Hawks Cay Resort and Duck Key: Outside of the condo, enjoy your stay in a luxurious golf cart community with the pleasure of everything in walking distance, if that's what you prefer! Hawk's Cay offers a number of restaurants and activities that are open to public, including: Angler & Ale Dockside Fresh Dining, Sixty-One Prime Steakhouse, Hawk's Cay Dolphin Experience, Calm Waters Spa, boat charters for a deep sea fishing experience, snorkeling excursions, sunset cruises, boat rentals, kayak rentals, paddle board rentals, and so much more!

About the area: Duck Key is conveniently located between Marathon and Islamorada, both Keys that offer an endless list of things to do during your stay. Marathon is just 10 miles away; Islamorada is 17 miles away. In Marathon - Check out Sombrero Beach, additional boat charters, snorkeling experiences, boat rentals, and great restaurants like The Island Fish Company and Florida Keys Steak & Lobster House. You'll also find Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores in Marathon. In Islamorada - You'll find even more opportunities to rent or charter a boat, go snorkeling, attend Theater of the Seas, and enjoy great restaurants like Square Grouper and Ziggie & Mad Dogs Steakhouse.

About the condo: The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal, as well as a dry bar with a beverage fridge and entertaining accessories. The condo has 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with king sized beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin sized beds) and 2 full sized bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own smart TV and all linens are provided for you during your stay. The condo is also equipped with a front load washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. When it's time to relax, click on the colorful electric fireplace (available with or without heat), and enjoy the electric recliner and couch or the outdoor patio with pocketing doors to take in the stunning view. Our advice - don't miss the opportunity to watch the sunrise or sunset from the patio.

Very good communication with host, before and during the rental. Beautiful location with nice view from the screened-in deck/lanai. Very large too!Only negative was that the elevator was inoperable; not the fault of the host, however. The guests abide.

The condo at Hawks Cay Resort was everything you could ask for. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds. John was quick to answer and resolve any issues that we had. We would recommend and hope to stay again when our travels take us to the Keys again.

John was quick to respond to each question we had before arriving at the condo. We loved having a view of the marina, walking the grounds of the resort, and finding well-kept and available pickleball and tennis courts. We cook meals on vacation and found the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed.

The unit was very clean and had an awesome view of the water off the beautiful balcony. Plenty of room for all of us! The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom (but no separating door) with laundry. There were chairs, some beach games, and a cooler for use. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We will definitely return!

Very nice place and great location. Duck key is very self sufficient, other than lack of a grocery store (Publix and winn dixie are about 20 min away). Condo is well appointed and comfortable. Only 2 relatively minor issues. First, we are a family of 5. The living area, though, only comfortably seats 4 (comfortably as in settling in to watch a movie rather than just chatting). A full sofa instead of a double recliner would be nice, at least as far as our family size. Second was the thermostat, as it went blank off and on. Air handler was still blowing and outside temp was wasn't bad, but it did get a little stuffy a couple nights. As it was at the end of our stay, not a big deal. And my message to the host was promptly answered, so communication was good. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, quiet and clean property. Host very responsive.Brought our boat there. Trailer parking is offisite and included with slip rental at the marina. The marina is walking distance and boat slip visible from balcony. Slip prices vary by season. We went mid September and was 325 for 3 days.
