BOAT DOCKAGE OF 40ft WITH FISH CLEANING STATION AND BAIT FREEZER. PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES ALONG SIDE PARKING FOR BOAT TRAILERS. ALL WITHIN A SHORT WALKING DISTANCE TO BREATHTAKING SOMBRERO BEACH.

The space

SPECTACULAR NEW 1800 SQ FT HOME, WATERFRONT WITH POOL & 40FT DOCK

Spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 1,800 sq ft, located in Marathon pool and private 40ft dock and fish cleaning station. Walking distance to the breathtaking Sombrero Beach., shopping plaza which include Publix Supermarket & K-mart.

Enjoy some fishing offshore as well as diving and snorkeling at Sombrero Reef.

Master bedroom has a queen bed located on the 1st floor with a private bathroom that includes both a bath tub and shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has bunk beds which the kids love and 4th bedroom has a king bed with it's own bathroom. In addition, we provide a roll out bed.

The downstairs patio is absolutely pleasant with night lighting, gas grill, a mini refrigerator and freezer.

We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and can create unforgettable memories with your loved ones on your vacation.

Lovely time!

Love the pool love the dock. The kids were fishing the whole time. House was nice and stayed cool. Some minor upgrading needed but great experience Manatees every day at dock. Great experience.

Good location for fishing and everything else in Marathon. Worked good for us, bait freezer is nice.

Marathon stay

Nice location next to a canal and a short distance to Sombrero Beach. House is a bit “tired” Drain plugs are not seated in the shower drains and interior walls could use painting. ! Rules say to clean the grill but there are no grill cleaning tools. A rental that suggests that it accommodates 8 people should have more than 4 chairs at the dining room table and more than 5 wine glasses.

Annual Keys Trip

My group has been vacationing in the Keys for a few years now. We have stayed in various properties and this year our needs included a dock and a pool. This property fit all of our needs and we did enjoy our stay. The house was the perfect size and was a great location. The pool was the best part as we spent a lot of time in it. The owner was quick to respond when I contacted her. The house could use a little TLC as it appears to have been a busy summer for it. Definitely would recommend this lovely house! for us. The

House was nice and fit the 3 couples well. Needed a few more hangers and toilet paper as ended having to buy our own. Overall it was a great stay, easy to find and get around.

Perfect property for a family or friend getaway! Pool, home, and property were beautiful- Excellent location in Marathon where I will definitely stay again! Jacqueline was responsive and everything was better than expected! Highly recommend!

Wonderful location, but not very clean home

The check in process was so easy, and the property owner was great. With that said, when myself and my family arrived to the property, it was very clear that it had not been cleaned properly, and it hadn’t been cleaned properly for quite some time. There was food in the cushions of the dining chairs, dust and food crumbs under the couches and tables, stains on the sheets and quilts in all the bedrooms, along with what appeared to be black dog hair on the sheets. There were dirty towels hanging on the door in one of the bathrooms. Outside but the pool, there was beer cans and cups lodged in the pool skimmer, food and stains on the bench by the outdoor table, and many of the chairs were broken and cracked. The kayaks were filthy and needed to be rinsed before we could use them, and the bikes were all locked together with the neighbors (so it was unclear which bikes we were able to use and we had to ask the neighbors for the code for the lock) With all that said, we did enjoy our stay here (how could you not, being in the Florida keys!) but it was very disappointing to pay so much money for a house that was just not clean. The owner explained that she works with a company who manages the property and she would be speaking with them, but I can’t imagine how we are the only people to complain. Myself and my family aren’t complainers, we are very easy going and easy to please but this house was just not taken care of properly at all, and I hope the owner did in fact speak with the cleaning company and get it taken care of. Also, if you don’t like sleeping with a quilt, I suggest bringing a blanket along. The quilts aren’t very cozy or warm and that’s all that is available to sleep with aside from a top sheet.

A little piece of tropical heaven

My husband and I, adult kids, and grandbabies, visited for a relaxing getaway. The property was just what we needed-the location, the size and layout were perfect, and we loved the pool and the dock. Rented a boat and enjoyed cruising the canals and in the ocean. The breeze off the ocean kept us cool and the mosquitoes away at night. The master suite on the second floor was amazingly quiet! Will definitely consider staying here again next year!

Awesome location. Awesome house. The house keepers were way behind when we arrived and didn’t do the best job cleaning the house. The dock bumpers need to be worked on really bad glad we brought ours with our boat. Pool was really nice. Overall it was a great experience and we will return for vacation again.

Saved vacation

This property saved our vacation. We relocated to Relax Away after 1 night in a totally misrepresented property through a different booking app. Relax Away was true to pictures and description. The location is extremely convenient with easy access to Sombrero beach, Publix, and restaurants. The added perks of bikes, kayaks, pool, etc made it a wonderful week for my family. My compliments to the property owner and manager for making the the entire process easy and true to description.

Vacation Review

The property was beautiful and the location was wonderful. Overall, our stay was good. The only issue is had was the pool turned green on our third day there. The pool guy tried blaming us saying we got in the pool after being in the saltwater, yet we never got in the saltwater the first few days of our trip due to rough water. The property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. I would stay here again in the future.
