Welcome to Coco Plum on the Bay, your private waterfront retreat in Marathon, Florida Keys. Set on nearly an acre corner lot, this spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable memories. With room for up to 10 guests, it is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in the heart of the Keys.

THE HOME

Inside you will find an open layout with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished, and with five full bathrooms, everyone has space to refresh after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and tableware so you can prepare home-cooked meals with ease. A utility room with washer and dryer makes longer stays simple.

Whether you arrive by car or boat, ample parking is available for cars and 2 boat trailers.

ENTERTAINMENT

For downtime indoors, enjoy high-speed WIFI, smart TVs with premium cable in every room, and an Infinity Game Table and a classic video arcade game table that are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

OUTDOOR FUN AND AMENITIES

Step outside and discover why guests love Coco Plum. The home features a private pool, hot tub, and lanais overlooking the bay, the perfect place to watch stunning Florida Keys sunsets. A 100ft dock with deep water access means you are just minutes from the Atlantic and Gulf waters - ideal for boaters and anglers.

For fun on land and water, the property includes 3 tandem kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 4 cruiser bicycles, a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, an area with pickleball lines and net, corn hole, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. With so many options, you will never want to leave.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

We know traveling with kids requires extra planning, so the home comes with 2 pack ’n plays, portable toddler bed, 2 high chairs, and a stroller. These extra touches means there is one less thing to pack.

LOCATION

Coco Plum on the Bay is conveniently located close to marinas, grocery stores, shops, and plenty of restaurants. Marathon is full of activities for all ages: sandy beaches, fishing charters, snorkeling, aquariums, the Turtle Hospital, and even swimming with dolphins. For a day trip, drive down to Key West or explore the neighboring Keys.

We loved staying here. It was perfect for our large family. The pool, hot tub, water front, and many outdoor games were all great amenities. The owners were great to work with. The bedrooms were large and the outdoor verandas on each floor were perfect to enjoy the views of the Bay where we saw dolphins and manatees. Can’t say enough about this property!

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen, which made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was perfect: and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was ideal for unwinding in the evenings.Communication with the host was seamless. This property is described, and it was a wonderful place for our family together for the Christmas holiday. Everything was clean and bright the sleeping accommodations with the en suite for each room so convenient and the beds are very comfortable. The location had everything that we needed we did not need to go out and leave the property to entertain ourselves. Truly a wonderful Property would enjoy returning.

Another Amazing Stay – Our Perfect Keys Oasis!

This was our second time staying at this incredible property, and it was just as magical as the first—especially meaningful since we actually got married here during our first stay! The home truly feels like our own private paradise in the Keys.The hosts are always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. The house itself has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing vacation— a beautiful pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and a dock perfect for fishing or just enjoying the water.There’s also tons to do for both kids and adults, including a ping pong table, cornhole, an arcade game, and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. Whether you're looking to relax or have fun, this place has it all.The location is also incredibly convenient—close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beach shops, and even fishing charters. Had a great time! Plenty of things to do at the house while enjoying the scenery, just not enough time! Definitely got our steps in every day with the stairs. Had an issue with the refrigerator but there was a back up one and they gave us some money back. Great having the bedrooms with the own bathroom

Great property with lots to do. Kayaks, paddle boards,games, bikes, fishing from dock, hot tub, beautiful pool, ping pong, volleyball, pickleball. Host was wonderful, easy to work with. Waterfront balconies and patio area. We saw manatees off the dock, pelicans, Caught a variety of fish off the dock. Great weather!

Great property!

Hard to describe the wonderful experience we had here. We loved the pool, kayaks, bicycles and dock. We fished off the dock and caught barracuda, snapper, jack, grunts and a lizard fish. The fish were not large but were easy to catch. We saw dolphins close up and a manatee and its calf swam right under us on the dock.The house was well stocked and comfortable.Great location and easy to get to. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I hope we can get back soon!

Great Family Vacation

Manatee’s, Dolphins and even a sting ray right from the pier! What’s not to like! We had a great family vacation at Cocoa Plum Bay. The home is perfect for large groups, with 4 Large Bedrooms, all with en-suite baths. There is a big kitchen and living area as well as a large covered deck overlooking the water. A great place to sip a cocktail at night, or coffee in the morning. There is a large selection of water toys to use, as well as fishing equipment to fish off the pier. We spent lots of time in the pool area, and even played a few games of volleyball. Had a great time, and hope to be back in the future. Property owner was easy accessible and helpful when needed.

AMAZING VIEWS

I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was its own Paradise all in one property. The views were amazing and so much wildlife to enjoy. Lots of room in the house and very functional. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lots of games and things to enjoy on the property. Just a wonderful property!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

This was the most awesome vacation. The hosts covered every imaginable amenity, from adults to infants! We did not want for anything and the property is amazing! Family reunion

Great place for our family reunion. This beautiful waterfront home had everything needed for the perfect vacation. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUPs and especially the pool. A great time was had by all 3 generations.

The property was beautiful and so many amenities! The owner has you covered for outdoor and indoor activities as well as items you may have forgotten to pack. The game tables were enjoyed by all of the family. I’m glad we chose this home to spend time with the family. The manatee visit at the dock was very exciting too!!

Beautiful property

This is the perfect home for a large family. Lots of space with a perfect location. Very comfortable and updated bedrooms. Lovely views and dock. The pool was perfect. The kids were glued to all of the video games. The house was clean and well stocked. Owner was very prompt to respond. Truly a 5 star property that helped us make some very special memories.

Gorgeous Sunsets

Perfect location on the water at the end of a canal facing westerly. Gorgeous sunsets from the dock and the porch. The provided kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, etc were a big bonus, as you typically need to rent all of these if you stay at other properties. We encountered a couple of problems but Darlene responded very quickly to resolve them. The ground floor is open, the second floor has the 4 bedrooms and the third floor has the living and laundry area. So be prepared for a bit of stair climbing during your stay. We would rent again.

Presented accurately!

Pictures of the property were all accurate and amenities were all as described and pictured. The weather was windy and 60's all but one day, so there were some things we couldn't use or do. Thank heavens we paid to heat the pool, as we used it everyday. We would stay there again in a minute and recommend it to anyone looking at it!

Family vacation

We truly enjoyed our visit!! The house has everything you need. Our children and their spouses really like the bedroom each with a private bath. Plenty of places to hang out together, while still enjoying their privacy when they wanted.
