Beautiful place!

We stayed for a week in this lovely townhome and had a great time. The home is very clean and it was nice that they provided things like paper towels, dish detergent, etc. We could only find two beach towels, so if you stay, you may want to bring your own. The kitchen was well apportioned and had everything you could need. The pots and pans weren’t great, but we managed. We tried to use the barbecue grill, but when we lifted up the top, it was completely rotted out. We called the property manager and he came over within 30 minutes and brought with him a brand new grill! He also helped us with the temperature of the pool, and the broken seat on one of the bikes we rented. Steve’s response was 100%, and made our trip wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable. We saw manatees every day we were there, and they would come right up to the dock for a fresh drink of water. Fishing was OK, but didn’t catch many. The house is just minutes from Sombrero Beach and we enjoyed a lot of time there. The stackable washer and dryer was very convenient also. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to to anyone.

We loved everything about this place. Three full bathrooms and bedrooms for each of the kids. We saw manatees right off the back dock every morning. Easy to get to everything. All around, outstanding.

Great Place

Amazing property, beautiful house, spacious and well-equipped. We had an amazing time. Property owner/manage was available and ready to assist any time we needed. Highly recommend. The one and only negative I have would be that the pool felt more like a hot tub during the day but by the evenings it was tolerable.

Great week!

We had a great week at this property. Very cute and clean. Communication and check in was impeccable. Owner John is very understanding. Only complaint was the pool was like a hot tub (even with heater off) no fault to anyone. We did visit mid July. We would just bring a tent to cover the pool from the sun as we saw our neighbors did. We brought down our 27ft boat there was plenty of doc room, even with our neighbors boat there as well. Our family of all ages really enjoyed this property, would recommend and visit again.

Overall we we were 100% happy with our stay. The place could use some shade covers for the pool because the pool would be almost 100 degrees when we got back from boating.. Would stay here again!

The property was very good however there were a few issues. was given wrong WiFi code; dryer filter was broken & duck taped to hold it in place -- it was "packed" with lint & surely had not been cleaned after many uses -- a fire hazard! It would have been helpful to know the schedule for cleaning the pool as it was not filtering properly & full of sand; TV remotes upstairs had No batteries. Other than that -- it was a very nice house

Keys Vacation

We stay in the key's every year for a couple of weeks at a time. The location is convenient to Sombrero Beach, Publix, etc. Boating is easy out to the Atlantic or the Gulf.

Perfect for our family

My husband and I rented this along with our two children, their spouses, and two grands under the age of two. Everyone had their own bedroom with their own bathroom. The pool was perfect size. The only downfall is the need for better kitchen pots and pans. The Marathon area was very nice.

Perfect spot for a family get together

So many “right” things about this property - located near the best beach (not walkable for some of us but close enough) - very responsive staff for questions and for help - easy layout for three family groups to interact and yet have space - pool on property was a great cooling off spot

Summer fun

Everything went very smooth getting to and into house. All questions were answered very quickly. Any problem was taken care of right away. The pool was extremely HOT! We rigged some umbrellas over the pool during the day trying to keep the sun from beating on it, in hopes of water not being quite so hot. My suggestion would a sunshade over the pool installed by owner. Saw a few other houses with one. Water was just too hot to swim in. Kids spent all their time in canal. House was clean and nice. Publix is a mile away.

235 sombrero beach Blvd review

We have fun, we enjoyed the stayed but there are minor details that need to be addressed like the light in the patio wasn’t working , the master bedroom shower light wasn’t working either and the water heater wasn’t too hot, at least in the master bedroom, The dock does not have light either to clean the fish but overran we definitely recommend this property and the team working on it

Will not recommend to anyone.

No TV or WiFi functioning all week. No trash bags provided, but required to but trash out. Fan in pool area is a hazard and about to hurt someone. Not enough dinner spoons. Pool is hotter than ambient air, much hotter than others in the area. Good dock and fish cleaning area.

Family Vacation

Our first trip to the Keys and we had a great time and enjoyed this house very much. Layout worked perfectly with our family. Great location and owner made great restaurant recommendations. It was convenient to everything!

Best place to stay in Marathon

House was in excellent condition, very clean, beautiful furniture, a lot of extra perks. awesome washer and dryer, extra beach towels, kitchen well equipped, beach chairs nice pool and area. Pier to go fishing. Definitely will be staying there again!

Very nice property. Easy access to beach. There were many more amenities not listed

There are many more amenities than listed. Many floaties for the pool available which we wish we knew before we purchased them. There are 2 kayaks also on site and a paddle board. I would say we were not impressed by the cooking pans available. I would throw them out and encourage people that they do not go in the dishwasher. The owner may want to replace the patio cushions because they are thin and you feel like you are sitting on boards. The patio furniture by the pool has multiple ripped cushions that the foam is just hanging out. Our family loved the location and all that was available close by. The owner was very quick to respond when we found a cracked coffee pot when we arrived and replaced it within the day. We couldn’t find beach towels in the house but then found them in the storage. The pool was clean and warm everyday. Overall it was a vacation that we will not forget. I would recommend this house and location to a friend. Very clean.
