Located two houses from the Sombrero Beach Main entry, you can swim at the beach and enjoy all the ocean wonders and the sounds of the ocean, and for the little ones, there are multiple playgrounds and volleyball courts. This home has Beach Chairs and Umbrellas included to bring to the beach.

Need dockage for your boat(s)? No Problem!

85 feet of dockage with a min 6-foot draft.  Plenty of room for your boat and water toys, jet skis, etc. 

2 kayaks are included: a one-person kayak and a one-person fishing kayak

Corn Hole too.

Pack N Play, High Chair, and beach toys provided for the tiny ones. 

Regular Drip coffee maker and a Keurig are provided. 

When walking into the house, you will be greeted with an open floor plan of the living room and state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen will feature Quartize countertops and all top-of-the-line stainless appliances, plus an extra beer and soda refrigerator!

Both the kitchen and the living room have 2-story windows with canal front views, which bring in lots of natural light.

On the first floor, it will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bunk and an additional twin bed and utilizes the hall bathroom, which is across from the Laundry area. 

When you head upstairs, you will see two large master suites, one with an outdoor deck to view the ocean.

The Second Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a flat screen TV, a Queen-size bed, and an additional Twin.

This home is centrally located to everything in Marathon. You are just steps from Sombrero Beach and all of the shopping and attractions. You will be right in the heart of paradise and never want to leave.

You have the option for a Mid-Week Cleaning on Wednesday or Thursday, your choice of the day, for an additional fee of $350.00. 

Two boats, two trailers, and four vehicles will be allowed per stay. Home has surveillance cameras outside for your protection.

This home does allow 10-day rentals in the summer. Ask the manager about your vacation. 

Restaurants, shopping, and groceries are literally right down the street. Convenient to all that Marathon has to offer. 

Pets are considered under 40 lbs

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.

Linens and bath towels are always included.

This property is not pet-friendly. Failure to disclose a pet may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
