January Discounted Weeks - Open ocean, fishing, pool!

DIRECT OCEANFRONT, fully updated, ground floor, single-family Home; 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths. The home is all new and beautiful!! 50 feet of deepwater dockage with immediate access to the Ocean and Gulf and a gas dock right around the corner. Amazing views of the Atlantic and beyond. Now, with a pool just steps away from the ocean.





This carefree classic 'Keys' home is located in a very quiet, established neighborhood. There are no mobile homes, vacant lots, or trash of any kind anywhere near the home. Conveniently and centrally located with various food options, including the really good local fish market and restaurant within walking distance! 

Sea Salt Escape has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 8. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you will need to cook your catch! There is a large covered patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with a barbecue and plenty of seating for a crowd. The pool is just ten feet away from the ocean. 

Dock up to a 40 ft boat out your back door; water is 7 feet deep at the dock at low tide. Boat rentals are available just 3 mins away. Fishermen, we have it all! Bait freezer, cleaning table, and a grill to cook your catch! And the green light brings the fish in at night.

Pool heat or chill is available for $250 per week. You are welcome to arrange this in

Best vacation ever

We had the absolute best time. Property was fabulous. We chillaxed so much on the back porch and the pool. Only went inside to sleep. Location. Was great right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely gonna recommend to everyone

Fun in the sun

Picturesque View

We all had an amazing stay here and never wanted to leave the house! We either cooked dinner at the house or brought back take out food while we appreciated the picturesque view from the deck. The pool was a perfect size for the kids and they played there for hours. Also, the owners have a paddle board and kayak available to use right off the dock! No need to rent kayaks or paddleboards. Also, the water was calm enough to paddle right near the house. We saw so much cool wildlife. It was like we were on our own private island. We saw manatees, a beautiful turtle and lizards just off the dock. Also, my son fished right off the dock. The owners let us use their fishing poles which was nice! The sunset was amazing and even at night, we were mesmerized by the full moon. Also, there were many places within walking distance from the house. In addition, there was a sidewalk nearby for running or walking. Also, there was a gym within a short driving distance that offered daily and weekly passes. There was even a Publix within a short distance from the house. There are many activities that are close by as well including kayaking, Sombrero Beach and the Dolphin Research Center. The owners are very easy to communicate with and responded quickly for any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others!

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful stay! The dock was perfect for fishing, launching kayaks/paddle boards and just sitting with a drink watching the manatees and gorgeous sunsets! The deeper area in front of the dock was great for fishing/docking larger boats. Further out are shallow sea grass beds that were perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding without having to worry about boat traffic! The house was clean and had everything we needed for an awesome week in the Keys!

Great trip!

The listing represents the house well. It was extremely clean, which is greatly appreciated. Communication was fast and friendly. We enjoyed the dock, as many have mentioned. It was ample in size to keep our boat tied up and still offer a view. The wildlife was as hoped—a manatee visited on several occasions. The week flew by with all of the fun activities. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing to note, the paddleboard is not an EPS & fiberglass type. I guess it was a blow-up kind with a surface that left anything that touched it blue like a Smurf. We'd have chosen to bring one or two from home if we knew. This point is probably unimportant to most! Other than that, everything was perfect!

A terrific find

This was our first trip to the Keys and we really loved The Lobster House-- a bright and cheerfully decorated beach house located directly on the water with dock off the deck. We had five adults (two parents and three mid 20s adults) and had plenty of room. Comfortable furniture, everything we needed. Check-in/out were very easy. The hosts were quite helpful and reached out to us before and during our stay; they provided helpful suggestions for activities, shopping and dining in the Marathon area and in Key West, which is about an hour's drive south. We enjoyed the back deck with porch and table/chairs providing shade, hot tub, fishing off the dock, green light for night fishing and watching the many fish and sea birds. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, many restaurants within easy walking distance. Hope we'll be back sometime-- can't go wrong with this one! Would give more stars if I could!
