LA ESTACIÓN

¡Relájese y descanse en un lujo sin preocupaciones combinado con el auténtico estilo de vida de Keys! Marlin Bay Resort & Marina es una propiedad recientemente lanzada ubicada en Marathon, cerca de la mundialmente famosa Keys Fisheries. Ofrecemos amenidades y servicios estilo boutique en un ambiente íntimo. Desde la escapada de una pareja romántica hasta las divertidas vacaciones familiares y las aventuras grupales de amigos, Marlin Bay es el puerto ideal para su estadía en los Cayos de Florida.


La casa club

Al entrar por las puertas del complejo, se encuentra con nuestra impresionante y moderna Casa Club de dos pisos. En el interior, nuestro equipo de conserjería lo recibirá y lo registrará para ayudarlo con la planificación de actividades, el alquiler de botes, los tours de snorkel, las recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. Nuestra casa club también cuenta con un gimnasio de última generación con sauna y sala de vapor, numerosos salones con televisores de pantalla grande y una sala de juegos con tejo, billar, mesa de póker y juegos de mesa.


La terraza de la piscina

Justo fuera de la Casa Club, puede disfrutar del sol de Florida en nuestra amplia terraza de la piscina mientras disfruta de las diversas comodidades, como una gran piscina climatizada con entrada a la playa, bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de ping pong, agujero de maíz, muebles de salón, toallas de piscina y sombrillas. El bar de la piscina está programado para abrir en diciembre de 2018 y serviremos una variedad de bebidas y aperitivos.


La marina

Más allá de la cubierta de la piscina, en la bahía de Florida, se encuentra nuestro puerto deportivo con capacidad para 99 embarcaciones, que cuenta con muelles de concreto totalmente equipados con conexiones de agua. El puerto deportivo está supervisado por nuestro Dockmaster y Dockhands dedicados que están aquí para ayudarlo con todas sus necesidades de navegación. Los resbalones están actualmente disponibles para alquileres diarios, semanales o mensuales y hay descuentos disponibles para los huéspedes que se alojan en nuestras casas. Tenga en cuenta que no podemos acomodar motos de agua en el resort, pero sí podemos recomendar opciones cercanas.


RESIDENCIA # 3823

Diseñadas para que disfrute de la casualidad de las llaves junto con la comodidad de las comodidades modernas, nuestras casas independientes de 3 pisos y 3 habitaciones están completamente amuebladas y decoradas profesionalmente con un diseño abierto y espacioso.

Residencia # 3823 tiene vistas de la cubierta de la piscina bellamente ajardinada junto con vistas parciales del puerto deportivo. La casa también incluye una gran terraza en la azotea donde puedes relajarte y contemplar la puesta de sol sobre la Bahía de Florida.

La planta baja de la casa contiene un dormitorio de invitados con una cama king, baño completo y patio privado. Ubicado en el vestíbulo del nivel del suelo, también encontrará un elevador que le permitirá acceder fácilmente a los niveles superiores de la casa.

En el segundo piso se encuentra una cocina gourmet de vanguardia que fluye sin problemas hacia las modernas áreas de comedor y sala de estar. Además, en este nivel hay otra terraza privada con vista a la terraza de la piscina y un medio baño y un cuarto de lavado convenientemente ubicados.

El tercer piso contiene los dos dormitorios restantes, cada uno con su propio baño completo en suite. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con dos camas individuales y el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, un bar y una terraza privada.

It's a real treasure in the keys considering the enormous pool size and amenities for just a dozen or so rental homes. It appears the pool and common areas were designed to accommodate a much larger building project of 100 or so rental homes, but for whatever reason, construction seems to have ceased after phase 1. So for a few rental homes, Marlin Bay's undeveloped property serves up quite an incredible deal with its large marina, pool, club house and other common areas that were initially designed to accommodate hundreds of guests. Overall, it's a luxuriously expansive property that provides a quiet, secluded, and well appointed retreat right in the middle of Marathon Key.

The locations was great (lots of restaurants within 5-10 mins), the grounds and house was well maintained and the pool was the perfect temperature! Only ding is that this was a resort that seemed designed for grandparent, parents and kids, but they don't allow pool toys in the pool.

Condos are clean and come with a small (additional) freezer in the garage for bait and all the fish you catch or extra bags of ice for early morning fishing departures. Staff is very good. Local restaurants are very good and will cook your fish that you catch. The only complaint would be that you must book 7 days. 5 days would be more reasonable especially when traveling by boat as you would have a day of travel and a day of departure making for a very long vacation for some people.

Great place to stay

I really recommend staying at Marlin Bay when in Marathon. Staff was friendly and responsive, the housing was clean and well appointed. Hope to return again soon!

Immaculate grounds, constantly maintained, incredible staff, and even things that make you realized just how detail oriented they are, like the kitchen utensils perfectly aligned and spaced in the drawers. The bar by the pool was amazing and Scot was the absolute best. The concierge crew went above and beyond with everything. Really one of the best properties we have ever visited.
