Gorgeous townhouse at Indigo Reef w. Pool & dock

Beautifully decorated town-home in a quiet location with a boat slip at your doorstep and sunsets that you will remember for a lifetime on the most comfortable deck furniture. I hope you all get an opportunity to visit and for a long time as life doesn't get any better than this.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a private patio. There is an attached bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate shower and bathtub. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds. There’s another full bath upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs.

The Villa is oriented east / west. The entrance and guest rooms face the east and get the morning sun filtered through the trees. The deck off the living area and master bedroom face west providing sunsets over the bay as beautiful as anywhere on the planet.

The lighted, covered parking for Villa 46 is situated directly across from the Villa making loading and unloading as convenient as possible.

Additionally, the boat slip for the unit is conveniently located off the back deck. The slip has 120V electricity and fresh water with the fish cleaning station close by. Often there are manatees in the channel and nice mangrove snappers hiding in the mangroves on the far side of the channel. Light fishing tackle is located in one of the master bedroom closets.

Although Indigo Reef is itself a quiet and serene setting, Villa 46 has recently added hurricane proof glass for all exterior doors and windows making the unit one of the quietest at Indigo Reef.

To make my home more user friendly I added a desk because I know some people need to do a little work even when they are on vacation and there is a Bluetooth speaker if you like to listen to music or watch movies on your laptop or cell phone/tablet. Secure Wi-Fi is available throughout the Villa and unsecured Wi-Fi is available in the area of the pool.

Regarding entertainment at Villa 46, there is a HUGE flat screen smart TV in the main living area that offers Comcast cable HD channels. There is also a 55" flat screen cable TV in the master bedroom along with a Blue-ray player and there’s another smaller flat screen TV in the queen bedroom. An under counter radio / CD player with remote is located by the breakfast bar.

I’ve also added a buffet and hutch to expand the space for dishes, silverware and groceries for those who enjoy eating at home once in a while and those planning on longer stays like me. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc… and a wide variety of miscellaneous kitchen utensils. There are also plenty of dishes and silverware. And don't miss the wine rack next to the refrigerator with wine and margarita glasses. Charcoal barbecue grills are also available near the docks for those that love to grill outdoors.

There is a unique table in the living area with 4 slide out stools which makes for an excellent game table for family board games should you encounter a few hours of inclement weather. I've also added a portable corn hole game for times when you'd just like to play outdoors in the back yard.

Villa 46 is a perfect distance away from the pool- close, but not to close to be disturbed by all the fun. The pool, which is a large, salt water pool, is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. There are typically pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas in the Villa.

Indigo Reef has a small gym with weights, bike, treadmill and elliptical machine. Many people also walk/run along the sidewalks and private entrance lane.

Indigo Reef is a gated community sitting on 10 acres with a beautiful natural Florida Keys landscape. There is a fitness center if you would like to keep your schedule while on vacation, a community pool, ice machine and 30ft (overall length) of dockage per unit.

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE MAKE STORAGE ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE MARATHON MOOSE LODGE IS THE CLOSEST STORAGE FACILITY AND IS LOCATED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE INDIGO REEF ENTRY GATES. PLEASE CALL THEM TO RESERVE AND MAKE PAYMENT.


Villa 46 is pet friendly for well behaved animals for an extra cleaning fee.
