Gorgeous 3/2 SFH brand-new pool & spa,30ft dockage

We welcome you to our piece of paradise in the heart of the Florida Keys! This ground level, SFH with a brand new pool & spa will guarantee to impress. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while out back watching the birds, fish, manatees and sunrises/sunsets. This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and twin futon. The 2nd room has a queen bed and the third room has a trundle w. 2 twins. There is a queen sofabed in living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is also a bbq grill outside as well as a nice tiki area. There is trailer and vehicle parking in front of the home.

Please note there is a 7 night minimum for rentals and we rent Saturday to Saturday in high season.

The pool can be heated for a fee of $150/ week.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

The host was very easy to communicate with. Very easy to reach out to and quickly getting back with us. We spent our whole 2 weeks at the pool/hot tub. Very comfortable house. Equipped with everything needed. Comfortable beds, nice neighborhood.

The house is very roomy and has plenty of towels and supplies. The best feature is definitely the pool and hot tub which were warmer than the house at times. The house was listed as having heat and there was no heat in the house period, only air conditioning units. This was verified when we requested instructions on how to turn on the heat, which no solution was offered. The temps were in the mid 40’s for several nights and several days were around 50. The chill in the house also created a musty/moldy smell, which was quite strong. The light fixtures over the sink and stove both need fixed.

Overall, great location, plenty of parking, enjoyed pool & hot tub, the onsite iguanas. We did have issues with no gas for the grill outside, I understand that we would be reimbursed, but should be checked prior to occupancy. Didn’t understand the hose in the pool other than there might be a leak. Didn’t like the noise from the humidifier in each room or understand why. There we ants in the bathroom nearest the pool & remained hot bc there wasn’t an air vent in there. Asked for the limbs to be cut over the dock, was told it couldn’t be done, left stains on our boat deck & the dock sits high up from the water. The bushes needed to be trimmed & why Bougainvillea which we call “the bush of death” around a pool deck. Supplies & amenities were appreciated.

Stay was great! Location had all amenities and was very cozy. Was able to park 22ft boat on dock and park trailer in front of house with no issues. Pool was amazing as was the sauna. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

property was clean and neat and communication with manager was awesome. home , pool , spa and boat dock fit our needs we brought our 18 ft center console and docking was a breeze as was putting our boat in at the aviation blvd ramp.

Marathon fishing trip

We had a great stay at the yellowtail drive property, there were 4 adults in my group and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dock is large enough for a 30’ boat and there is plenty of room in the front to park your trailer. My wife loved the pool and hot tub, Her review is summed up in one word”Perfect” It’s about 5 minutes to the gulf and 15 to the Atlantic by boat. The airport noise was very minimal.The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with, We would definitely stay here again.

Loved location on marathon. Pool not heating when we arrived called and immediate response, came over and took care of problem. Warm pool and spa. Spa heats up quickly. No other problems but said call anytime. We took some day trips and enjoyed relaxing the evenings. Great House with Beautiful Pool and Hot Tub

My 13 year old son and I stayed here for a week. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! The backyard is beautiful, the pool and hot tub were used multiple times a day, and the covered patio area was great for outdoor meals. (One note on the pool, there is a 150 fee to heat the pool for a week I must have missed.) My son fished off the dock daily and caught lots of small fish. We also saw three manatee one morning right below the dock. The airport noise was there, but was not that disruptive. There isn't much at all within walking distance, but many great restaurants a short drive away. We also cooked/grilled a lot of meals at the house and there is plenty of cook wear and dishes. Key West was a fun day trip and was about an hour and 15 minute drive. The washer and dryer was also very handy so you can pack less clothes for the week.

Family Memories

We had a great time ! Very relaxing we had our grandbaby 14 months . The only thing missing was a crib but we brought a pack n play was able to make work . The airport is very close but we didn’t mind the noise . We will be booking again in future .

Wonderful

We had four adults, the place was perfect for us. It was nice to sit around the pool early mornings or after a day at the beach. Location was great for beaches, restaurants ect.. except for the noisy airport which seemed to be quite busy. Although they have Kayaks, it was very difficult to navigate them into the water, due to the rocks & tree, an easier accessibility would have been nice. The only complaint I have is that we had a few questions and I had contacted the property manager via email & text a few times she never responded, we figured things out, glad it wasn’t anything serious. Overall I our stay was great! I would definitely stay again. March 2023

Wonderful property

This was a very clean and well-maintained property, both inside and out. Size was more than sufficient for the 4 of us, but there is enough space for 6 -8 people. All furniture and equipment was new and clean. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. There was also plenty of other items for a vacation trip: beach chairs, kayaks (big hit with my son and I), life jackets, pool toys, fishing rods (and bait!), grill, washer and dryer, and a drawer full of miscellaneous items like tools and batteries. The house is ready for any eventuality. The dock is large enough for a decent size boat, for those doing fishing trips, the canal and proximity to the bay was great and allowed us to do daily kayak trips. The beaches are a drive away so the pool (salt water!) was great for us. Palm trees around provide enough dappled shade to hide from the sun and there are enough sunny spots to work on your tan. Communication with the property manager was easy, she was very responsive. Neighbors were quiet. One item to mention though is the proximity to the airport, so occasionally when the jets are starting it gets noisy for a few minutes. But this is not a very busy airport and it was not an issue for us. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the property and pleasantly surprised that everything was as advertised and even better. We had fantastic time in the sun. I would stay there again, given the opportunity.

Perfectly located

We had such an amazing time. This place is perfectly located for anything. We had our boat with us. We were 5 minutes from the gulf and 10 from the Altantic. Nice quiet canal. Great backyard pool/patio setup. After a day in the sun and salt the patio offered just enough shade to cool off in the pool. The inside is well laid out for two families to fit comfortably. Huge bonus was the abundance of towls. Will definitely be back!
