Thank you for viewing this amazing 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath home located in Coral Lagoon in Marathon, FL. This unit has the finest location in the entire development. It is Unit #1, an end unit, on a point lot with amazing Bay views. Many of the other units face a skinny canal.

Rates are based upon how many guests, length of stay and time of the year.

This unit also offers a great side yard along the side of the home. This is ideal for kids to have some room to play or just a great place to relax. There is also a large heated pool on site.

NOTE: There is a boat slip that can accommodate a 40 ft. boat directly behind this lovely home that is so convenient and is available for you at NO CHARGE!

The Master Bedroom has one king bed and one full bathroom. There is access to the upstairs deck through the master bedroom. The second bedroom, has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom conveniently located right outside these two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. The unit has recently been updated with new furniture and carpet. There are flat screen TVs in all rooms and internet service is provided. Half bath is located downstairs.

You can relax under the covered decks and enjoy the stunning views. One deck is downstairs accessible through the living area. The upstairs deck is accessible through the Master Bedroom.

There is a Boat House Marina onsite with full services; including boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and fish cleaning facilities. Just steps from the unit is a boat slip which can accommodate up to a 40 foot boat. Slip is equipped with both electric and water.

From this unit, you have access to Vaca Cut in less than 3 minutes by boat, which allows you to be ocean or bay side in just minutes.

This location is very close to many activities, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and drug stores. All are minutes away. I will be happy to help with recommendations for fishing and dive charters as well as boat rentals.

This is a very quiet, clean and peaceful place. You will not be disappointed.

Please note check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out is at 10:30 am, unless prior arrangements are made.

Also, there is no offensive smelling foods to be fried in my home on the day of check out, this is for the courtesy of future guest. Bacon/fish etc..

NOTE: We have an exterior Ring doorbell security camera at the front door for your safety and convenience during your stay!

This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As Florida residents and life long visitors to the Keys we have stayed in countless places and this has been our favorite...exactly as described in listing!

Great place to stay!

We had six adults and it was very accommodating. Ted was very helpful with places to visit and great places to eat. The corner unit was the best! Can’t say anything negative. I highly recommend this place.

A cozy stay

We really enjoyed the corner house, it’s just a couple steps to the docks! We could easily stroll mornings/evenings to look for fish and admire the boats. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool, along with the beautiful pool! Our only recommendation would be to do a deep clean and to update the TVs, but these things would not prevent us from returning! Thanks for a great stay that felt like home!

Family wedding trip to Marathon

Let me start off by saying this unit is the best on the property and had a gorgeous view. Very nicely decorated with a tasteful island vibe. Very spacious and was clean upon arrival which is a huge bonus. The check in/out process was very easy and communication with the host was timely. The grounds were beautifully kept and was a quiet family friendly atmosphere. Other guests were friendly at the pool and the pool temps were heated just right and the water was clean. The only slight negative I would mention is that a few light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom vanity all the tv remotes did not work until we replaced the batteries and one of the guest tvs was not working at all. Ultimately that did not bother us much as we were out sightseeing and attending a family wedding over several days. We only cared to watch tv as we were going to bed in the evening. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I were in Marathon as it was central to restaurants and shopping.

we loved the location and the view. If you want to use the boat dock you need to bring proof of insurance and have to pay extra if you park at the boat dock and also for leaving your trailer.

Best unit on the lot!!

We were so impressed with our accommodations. The views were spectacular from the deck with morning coffee. Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent location on Marathon. Highly recommend.

Florida Keys oasis

Ted was a great host. Extremely responsive and accommodating. Very quiet for being right off the main strip. Walking distance to attractions and food options. Nice having a cross-walk over the highway close by. The property was a great place to spend time with family. Wide open floor plan that 6 adults fit perfectly into. Straight forward check-in, boat slip and great atmosphere. The back porch was set up perfectly for watching the sunrise and sunset. Super simple checkout process with limited to-do’s was a plus. Definitely would recommend Ted as a host and will seek out for future trips.

Great Water Views

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Coral Lagoon. It offers a great water views from the back porch and the balcony from the master bedroom. We caught a couple sunrises at the property. Its location was convenient to the turtle hospital, Crane Point Hammock, and Bahia Honda State Park. The home was clean. The only complaint we had was the beds weren't very comfortable. The mattresses seemed a bit dated. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great spot for boaters!

The space is just as advertised. Clean and very comfortable. The large dock is right outside the back door. Super easy to access the Atlantic and the Gulf. The only improvemwnts i would note, is that the bed in the 2nd bedroom is very firm and not easy to get comfortable on.

Location, Location, Location

We brought our boat down and had the slip right at our backdoor. There is a fish cleaning station and the marina was so great. We were able to leave our trailer on site. There is an extra charge for launch and trailer storage but it's not expensive. The house is laid out great and the master is amazing.

Great Townhouse and Location, Cleanliness Issues

This home was perfect for our stay other than some of the rooms and bathrooms being very small. We were not at the house very much so that didn't matter. However, we had an issue with some sort of insect in the guest bed. Ted did his best from afar to get cleaning out to change the sheets but whatever it was came back. I would be careful about making sure that issue is taken care of prior to booking this house. Other than that issue the home was great.
