Beautiful beach house located in the quiet neighborhood of Sombrero Beach, less than a 5min walk from the beach and less than a 5min drive from Publix, and Local to attractions in the area! House also has its own Boat Dock, great for fishing!

Fantastic location in our favorite area of Marathon. Spacious bedrooms, quick walk to Sombrero beach and easy access for boaters.

Winter vacation

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the home. The location was great, home was clean and plenty of linens/towels provided. Well stocked kitchen and the back deck had a great view. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Visiting family in summer like weather

Had a wonderful stay. Great communication with property owner. Home was clean, well stocked with household items, very comfortable, felt like home. Very convenient location to public beach, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful waterfront view of channel with amazing sunsets.

Sombrero Beach Slumber

Communication with Property Management was excellent. The property was as advertised and a beautiful way to have your coffee overlooking the bay with Sun coming up.

Best place to stay in marathon

This is our second year, and second trip back to this beautiful property. The owner of this property is extremely tentative to all your needs! I love this house it’s got the prettiest view down a canal we always see manatees and wildlife right in the back yard. It has a really convenient boat dock with hook ups for wash downs and electricity to charge your boat!! Best part is it’s right out to the ocean and sombrero beach is around the block!! Best place by far I’ve stayed at and I will continue to come back every year!! Can’t tell you how much I love this house!!

Best area in Marathon

This house is actually really beautiful in person!! It is so clean with beautiful decor. The neighborhood is safe around the corner from the high school very family oriented area. You can walk down to sombrero beach from the house. They had a kayak bikes and other things to use for fishing. The boat dock held our 25 ft boat perfect and it had electrical hook ups with a hose to clean you boat and a fish cleaning station. The house is actually beautiful and it was so worth it. The host made everything so convenient and easy. The host also sent a list of fun things to do while your there. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip!!

We loved direct access to the water with our paddle boards and boat. Quiet neighborhood and close walk to Sombrero Beach.
