    ¡Relájese y descanse en un lujo sin preocupaciones combinado con el auténtico estilo de vida de Keys! Marlin Bay Resort & Marina es una propiedad recientemente lanzada ubicada en Marathon, cerca de la mundialmente famosa Keys Fisheries. Ofrecemos amenidades y servicios estilo boutique en un ambiente íntimo. Desde la escapada de una pareja romántica hasta las divertidas vacaciones familiares y las aventuras grupales de amigos, Marlin Bay es el puerto ideal para su estadía en los Cayos de Florida.


    La casa club

    Al entrar por las puertas del resort, se encuentra con nuestra impresionante y moderna Casa Club de dos pisos. En el interior, nuestro equipo de conserjería lo recibirá y lo registrará para ayudarlo con la planificación de actividades, el alquiler de botes, los tours de snorkel, las recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. Nuestra casa club también cuenta con un gimnasio de última generación con sauna y sala de vapor, numerosos salones con televisores de pantalla grande y una sala de juegos con tejo, billar, mesa de póker y juegos de mesa.


    La terraza de la piscina

    Justo fuera de la Casa Club, puede disfrutar del sol de Florida en nuestra amplia terraza de la piscina mientras disfruta de las diversas comodidades, como una gran piscina climatizada con entrada a la playa, bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de ping pong, agujero de maíz, muebles de salón, toallas de piscina y sombrillas. El bar de la piscina está programado para abrir en diciembre de 2018 y serviremos una variedad de bebidas y aperitivos.


    La marina

    Más allá de la cubierta de la piscina, en la bahía de Florida, se encuentra nuestro puerto deportivo con capacidad para 99 embarcaciones, que cuenta con muelles de concreto completamente accionados con conexiones de agua. El puerto deportivo está supervisado por nuestro Dockmaster y Dockhands dedicados que están aquí para ayudarlo con todas sus necesidades de navegación. Los resbalones están actualmente disponibles para alquileres diarios, semanales o mensuales y hay descuentos disponibles para los huéspedes que se alojan en nuestras casas. Tenga en cuenta que no podemos acomodar motos de agua en el resort, pero sí podemos recomendar opciones cercanas.


    RESIDENCIA # 3825

    Diseñadas para que disfrute de la casualidad de las llaves junto con la comodidad de las comodidades modernas, nuestras casas independientes de 3 pisos y 3 habitaciones están completamente amuebladas y decoradas profesionalmente con un diseño abierto y espacioso.

    Residencia # 3825 tiene vistas de la cubierta de la piscina bellamente ajardinada. La casa también incluye una gran terraza en la azotea donde puedes relajarte y contemplar la puesta de sol sobre la Bahía de Florida.

    La planta baja de la casa contiene un dormitorio de invitados con una cama king, baño completo y patio privado. Ubicado en el vestíbulo del nivel del suelo, también encontrará un elevador que le permitirá acceder fácilmente a los niveles superiores de la casa.

    En el segundo piso se encuentra una cocina gourmet de vanguardia que fluye sin problemas hacia las modernas áreas de comedor y sala de estar. Además, en este nivel hay otra terraza privada con vista a la terraza de la piscina y un medio baño y un lavadero convenientemente ubicados. La sala de estar tiene capacidad para dormir hasta 2 personas en el sofá cama doble.

    El tercer piso contiene los dos dormitorios restantes, cada uno con su propio baño completo en suite. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con dos camas individuales y el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, un bar y una terraza privada.

Plenty of parking for your vehicle.They have boat trailer parking right outside the fence of the property.

The grounds were well cared for and beautiful.The entire staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is conveniently located close to everything we needed and a perfect spot as a home base to adventure up and down the keys.The only negative is the policy not allowing resort guests to bring their own alcohol to the pool area, however, in all fairness, this policy is explicitly clear in the contract. That said, the pool bar was well appointed, offering options for everyone and the bartenders did a nice job.We will be back, we loved our stay!

Reviewer Comments: We have been looking for quite a while for the perfect resort in the keys that was modern, clean, well maintained, outstanding customer service and a safe place to keep our boat at night....This place checked all of those boxes and then some. The layout is great, the furniture was all in great shape and seemed new. The kitchen was large and laid out nicely. Living room was also very spacious. Our place included a roof top lounge that we really enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. On the water from their Marina, you can easily access the Atlantic with multiple nearby options. We also found it very convenient and helpful that the cheapest fuel in town is right next door and they provided free ice with a fuel purchase! We are already exploring dates to go back within the next 6 months! Special thanks to Brian, Day and Kai for their exceptional customer service and extra help with our stay!

Amazing Resort! Well Appointed and Beautiful!

The views of the grounds, pool and ocean were amazing! The unit itself was impeccably clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and unbelievably spacious for many people to cook at once. Beds were very comfortable, linens were spotless and crisp. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to gather and also feel like we had our own space. There were plenty of towels, for bath, pool and to take outside to the ocean. We used the grill area which was nice alongside the water, with tables and chairs for dining and viewing gorgeous sunsets. This was by far one of the nicest places I have stayed in Florida, and we truly relaxed and felt like we were important. The staff at Marlin Bay from the concierge to the pool maintenance to the bartenders at the pool were friendly and couldn't do enough for us! I highly recommend Marlin Bay! Another great perk was we did not have to do laundry of towels or strip beds when we left. We were able to enjoy our last day there by not having to do these things. I can't say enough great things about Marlin Bay! We will definitely return!!

There’s corn-hole, a pool table, and a ping pong table in the bar/pool area that was a lot of fun, and a shuffleboard table in the clubhouse as well. The property was as good or better than advertised. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay at Marlin Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six (four kids 13-20) enjoyed our stay at Marlin Bay this July. We booked the home and boat slip in March and were able to choose the house we preferred (by July they were fully booked). In the preceding months, the staff answered all queries in a timely manner and sent emails prior to our stay. The dock master as well contacted us to answer any questions. At first, I thought the homes are owned by individual owners, but we learned it is a resort where all properties are owned by a company.The house was beautiful, clean, and well equipped (towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, kitchen soap). During our stay we had a few issues come up in the house and they were attended to very quickly.The grounds are gated, well maintained, very clean. The pool area is quite large with outdoor games and a bar (the only downside is that food is not served). There are other games in the lobby and boater's lounge.There are many restaurants nearby (we mostly cooked at the house) and Publix is five minutes away.Also, the marina has a professional staff and the grounds there are very nice and well maintained and have gas barbeques for guests.We highly recommend this property and would stay there again--perhaps soon the bar can serve some lunch. :)

Awesome and Amazing Vacation

Reviewer Comments: I almost did not want to write this review because I’d like to keep Marlin Bay “all to myself.” We had the BEST vacation at our Marlin Bay home. From everything to check in which was smooth and seamless (the concierge even texted me to let me know she left some house lights on because we were getting in so late), to our stay which was SUCH a pleasure. The house was GORGEOUS, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, generous size bedrooms/bathrooms/closets and beautiful unique decor. Also, the pool was literally in our front yard. We rented a boat and things at the marina were a pleasure. We met the nicest guests during our stay, used the grills to cook fish we caught and got so much rest and relaxation. Even at the conclusion of our stay when we left an item behind WE were contacted first on how to get the item returned and the process of having the item shipped back could not have been easier. I thought the keys were my favorite place on earth but after this vacation I want to plan to retire there. Thank you to Marlin Bay staff for an incredible stay!!!!

Wonderful Week at Marlin Bay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, the pool and grounds were pristine and the communications with the management company was wonderful. I wish I had one of those super comfy poolside daybeds at our own home! We loved having Publix so nearby too. Highly recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be to add a few more plates and utensils.

Pros: Full sized garage, 3 levels allowing privacy for (2) couples, beautiful bathrooms with all amenities, stocked kitchen with everything we needed, amazing walk in closets in all bedrooms, lovely outdoor deck area, small touches such as umbrellas, anti-bac, soft towels (and plenty of them), excursion towels, roomy fridge, nice washer/dryer, dish soap, laundry detergent....just everything you could possibly want! We also loved the heated pool, outdoor gaming area and the pool bar. Lovely area to walk around and explore and in walking distance to several nice restaurants (including a great breakfast spot!) Additional 'nice to haves' would be: TV's in every bedroom, full length mirror & squeegees for the showers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience. The house was lovely and incredibly clean! It was perfect for a COVID friendly get away and the concierge was amazing!!!!. The clubhouse was closed due to the circumstances but we will definitely visit again. The only negative is the elevator was out of service, which would have come in handy because there are 3 levels in the house. We had a private chef cook for us so it was a bit of a pain for them. Other than that it was great!

Amazing property!

The resort and condo are amazing! The condo was very clean and fully stocked! The pool area and bar was quite fun. If you are evening people the pool and hot tub close at dusk. The garage is wonderful place to store extra belongings. There is so much to see and do in the area. The restaurants were very good. A short drive to Key West! We will be back!
