Gorgeous 2/2 half duplex in the Heart of Marathon with quick ocean access! Enjoy the ocean Breeze on the balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking desires. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with stand up shower. The guest room has two twins. There's a guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub. Washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, linens and towels all provided with the rental.

35ft of dockage on a deep water, wide canal.

Enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch, dinner under the covered seating area overlooking the water. There is a BBQ to cook your catch, bait freezer and a fish cleaning station. Plenty of parking space for boat trailer and vehicles at the property.

We worked with Katie for this stay. She was a great communicator and that always makes for a good time. The weather didn’t behave on this trip so we spent more time than usual in the rental so we would have noticed more than usual. Nothing jumps out as a problem. Very clean. Well stocked with dinnerware, glassware and utensils. More central to Marathon Key than our previous rentals, we really enjoyed that. Would recommend anytime for a short stay. If staying for a month the bathrooms are a bit small. They are very up to date but there’s no place for my wife to put her things on a countertop in the baths.

Living room Furniture very uncomfortable, ceiling bulbs burned out, blinds and ceiling fans need cleaning, no cabinet space for food, garbage disposal not working, sink in master won’t hold water and bath mats dirty and worn. Unit needs a thorough inspection. We loved the location but for the price, it could have been better.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean inside and outside. Nice outdoor furniture - chairs, tables and lounge chairs. Ample parking. We rented a boat for a week and were able to tie it up in front of the place with no problems. Family room was comfortable with a large couch and a couple of chairs. Kitchen was well appointed. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive to our inquiries. Would stay here again.

Nice place shallow area coming into the canal

Very nice place except the canal was blocked off due to dredging my boat was locked inside the canal for 3 days unable to get out would have liked to have known this ahead of time was there to enjoy my time offshore as I brought my 23 ft boat for that reason

Great stay in Marathon!

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation in this condo. It was in a great location in the heart of Marathon with easy access to anything up and down the rest of the Keys. It was a quiet neighborhood and had great views of the ocean. It was extremely clean and spacious for our family of four, and the manager was very responsive whenever I contacted her. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in visiting the area. We loved our stay in Marathon!

What a restful and tranquil spot! Perfectly situated one hour away from Key West. Beach lovers, check out Bahia Honda State Park Beach. Enjoy!

Great place

The place was great. It was very clean and everything was updated. Nice quiet location along the canal and only 4 houses from the ocean. Katie was great to work with…very prompt with responses. We are bummed though. Our dates are already taken for next year otherwise we’d stay here again. Maybe we’ll get lucky the following year.

Fun Family Trip

We enjoyed our trip to the Keys even though the weather was crappy while we were there. We were in need of more blankets (yes it was that cold while we were there) and Katie had them for us that day. The place was clean and had everything we needed, comfy furniture and beds.

A nice place on the canal

This place was quite good. Very clean, the furniture, paint, appliances, etc all appeared pretty new. The location was convenient to grocery stores maybe 1.5 mi away. We did dock a rented boat out front and that was quite nice. There were towels and beach chairs for Sombrero Beach which we found to be the nicest and just maybe 5 min away. Overall it was as advertised with zero unpleasant surprises.

Vacation Getaway

My wife, my sister, her husband, and I booked this home as a week getaway. It was nicely located between Key Largo and Key West. Very clean and host was quickly available for questions. Excellent stay. We will use again when staying in the Keys.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed just relaxing outdoors. The property is centrally located and easy to go north or south. Sombrero beach is beautiful and 5 minutes from property. Lots of good restaurants and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Wonderful spot

This was a wonderful property clean and quiet right on a canal so you could look right out to the ocean. This property had everything we needed and was centrally located it was 5 minutes to the beach and grocery stores. We will be back!

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

Excellent property in a fantastic location. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). Loved having the full kitchen and washer and dryer, made the trip that much easier. Would not hesitate to book this property.

Great Location/Awesome

Our family had a great vacation. Clean, neat property with comfortable beds. The property had everything we needed to make our stay nice. Easy, direct ocean access and friendly neighbors made it fun. The 40' boat dock, cleaning station and bait freezer were perfect. Great central location on Marathon; with a short walk to the ice cream shop in the evening for a treat.

Family-friendly

We brought our 22’ boat and it fit perfectly in the canal along the back side of the building. We had everything we needed for our family and primarily used the condo to sleep and cook if we weren’t on the boat. It was just the right size for the 4 of us and everyone was comfortable. The neighbors were friendly also and helped provide us fishing tips and tricks to clean our fish. We’ll definitely come back!

Fisherman's Paradise

This was one of the best places we have rented. The neighbors are all fisherman and were very helpful with the territory. It has direct access to the ocean with a good channel in between the flats. It is about 8NM from Sombrero Key to take the kids snorkeling. You can reach deep water not far after that. If you love to snorkel and fish than this is the place. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Multiple times in the Keys, first time staying in Marathon

The property and house were perfect! Everything was very well thought out, well stocked with necessities and clean! This was our first time staying in Marathon and I was a little worried we would be too far from the other things we normally enjoy but it allowed us to visit places we hadn't before. I hope we can book this property again next year!
