    LA CASA CLUB

    Al ingresar a las puertas del resort, se encuentra con nuestra impresionante y moderna casa club de dos pisos. En el interior, nuestro equipo de conserjería lo recibirá y lo registrará, quien puede ayudarlo con la planificación de actividades, alquiler de botes, tours de snorkel, recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. Nuestra casa club también cuenta con un gimnasio de última generación con sauna y sala de vapor, numerosos salones con televisores de pantalla grande y una sala de juegos con juegos de tejo, billar, mesa de póker y juegos de mesa.


    LA CUBIERTA DE LA PISCINA

    Justo a las afueras de la Casa Club, puede disfrutar del sol de Florida en nuestra amplia terraza de la piscina mientras disfruta de las diversas comodidades, como un bar de la piscina, una gran piscina climatizada en la entrada a la playa, bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de ping pong, hoyo de maíz, muebles de salón, toallas de piscina y sombrillas. .


    La marina

    Más allá de la cubierta de la piscina, en la Bahía de Florida, se encuentra nuestro puerto deportivo de 99 embarcaderos con muelles de concreto con conexiones de agua. El puerto deportivo es supervisado por nuestro dedicado Dockmaster y Dockhands que están aquí para ayudarlo con todas sus necesidades de navegación. Los recibos están disponibles actualmente para alquileres diarios, semanales o mensuales y los descuentos están disponibles para los huéspedes que se alojen en nuestros hogares. Tenga en cuenta que no podemos acomodar motos de agua en el complejo, pero ciertamente podemos proporcionar recomendaciones para las opciones cercanas.


    RESIDENCIA # 3819

    Esta casa está ubicada directamente en nuestro puerto deportivo, ofreciendo algunas de las mejores vistas de la propiedad. Tiene más de 3,600 pies cuadrados, más cinco terrazas al aire libre con una piscina privada y un comedor en la terraza a nivel del suelo.

    Hay tres pisos junto con un ascensor, lo que le permite acceder fácilmente a cada nivel. También hay un garaje privado adjunto, que puede acomodar hasta 2 vehículos de tamaño moderado.

    El segundo nivel es el área de reunión principal de la casa y contiene una sala de estar con un sofá cama doble, un comedor formal, una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada que fluye sin problemas a la sala familiar, así como una sala de lavandería y Medio baño. Una de las cuatro habitaciones también se encuentra en este nivel y cuenta con una cama king y un baño completo en suite.

    El tercer nivel contiene los tres dormitorios restantes, cada uno con su propio baño completo. Dos de las habitaciones tienen una cama king y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales. También hay un desayuno / bar húmedo convenientemente ubicado en la sala de estar fuera de las tres habitaciones.

Extremely Clean

I was shocked how clean the house was upon arrival. Spotless! The property managers were extremely helpful and available around the clock. It’s a lovely resort, amazing home and we would stay there again! I highly recommend the main pool area which was so chill and beautifully designed. There’s always enough room for everyone to have a seat and an umbrella.

The property was nice and the views were amazing. Pool heater didn’t work and took two days to get it going. Should have been tested before I arrived. Pool towel bin was full of used towels, however this was corrected immediately. Elevator was not functioning which was a disappointment with elderly guests.

We have noticed an unfortunate downturn in the property based on the following: 1. The home we stayed in 3840 had multiple issues that we addressed with maintenance, not a single issue was resolved besides getting us a new coffee pot. Below were the issues.A. Hot water heater is only 30 gallon which does not allow for a family of 6 to take showers or baths within several hours. When you spend luxury dollars you expect hot showers. B. The ice maker is broken and has been brokenC. The service elevator is broken and we were not made aware it was broken EVEN at registration we were not made aware! D. The tea kettle was broken, totally broken and not repaired Again, this is our fourth and likely last visit at Marlin Bay. The customer service is not what we expect for the price.

We had never been to the Keys before, and happened upon the property online. We decided to book because of the dockage for our fishing boat and house that would accommodate four adults and a child. We didn't know what to expect, but were blown away by everything there -- the luxurious home, excellent dockage/harbor, incredible service and beautiful landscaping. The pool was the nicest we have ever used, and everything was carefully maintained. There were too many extras to even mention, and the staff was eager to do anything they could to make us comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased with our ten days there.

Marlin Bay Resort and Marina stands clearly above a majority if not all the resorts I have ever stayed. Over the past two years I have spent nearly 4 months, at the Resort and Marina. I have used and experienced every amenity, facility, and service offering the Resort and Marina have on offer. These offerings have included the; rental of their largest home, several marina slips and boat lifts, gym, pool, spa, game room, bar, marina lounge and more. Marlin Bay‘s facilities across every offering are outstanding. The maintenance, quality, and dedication to providing guests witsuperior stay are a constant, and a high importance to the management and staff. Marlin Bay‘s management and staff throughout the hierarchy are exceptional. Shortly after the moment you arrive the entire staff including the general manager, concierge, security, dockmaster, marina staff, and landscapers know your name, are ever present,and available to support you, and your needs. Our home rental this year was for 28 days, and never once if we had a broken item, or a need for repair, or any service did we wait any longer than an hour or two for it to be addressed. We had the home cleaned 4 times and each time it was immaculate. The quality and level of service is a solid 4.8 to 5 on a 5 scale. Marlin Bay could easily attain a 6-star level rating on a 6 scale if they so desired. Our stay always includes a great deal of cooking, baking, barbequing, and entertaining. The homes are built for precisely these types of activities. The kitchens are fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cabinetry, wine cooler, refrigerator, and box freezers one requires in such a facility. The level of detail thought out by the owners in terms of serving guests in these types of rentals is bar-none as good as it gets. The high level of service at Marlin Bay cannot be overstated.

House was fabulous. Everything we expected. They thought of everything. Property was gorgeous, well maintained, and we never had a crowded pool fighting for chairs. Our only complaint is a poor Wi-Fi signal in house. Those trying to log into work calls frequently had to go to the bar/pool area to pick up a good signal.

Very relaxing stay

We traveled with our adult children and our 1 1/2 year old grandson. The house fit 7 of us comfortably. It was clean and pretty. There was a beautiful view of a harbor that we all loved. Our grandson loved the club pool. The management was very responsive. We would book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is beautiful, the immediate surrounding area outside the gates is definitely an area in transition. The home we stayed in was beautiful and we would stay there again. Plenty of room for all of our guests. Main living room/tv area is small not enough comfy seating for a party of 8, but that was only an issue at night if we were watching a game on tv or playing a board game. Otherwise, we were outside enjoying the sunshine. Checking in and out was super easy and texting with the staff was uber convenient. We loved the clubhouse- fitness center, game room, and definitely shuffleboard. Wish the game room was open later than 6:30. After pool and excursions and dinner it would be nice to be able to play shuffleboard or borrow a game. The hours of operation for the clubhouse were stated as 8am-6:30pm yet one night I was told whileIn the middle of playing my kids in shuffleboard that they had been closing at 6 and they let us stay (it was 6:15) so could we finish up and leave. It was a little maddening- we paid a lot of money to rent the house, additional money at the bar daily, and were told in check in materials as well as a welcome text that we had access to clubhouse til 6:30. One staff member in particular was very odd and protective of the game room. One rainy afternoon (3:15pm) we were playing shuffleboard (we were the only family in the game room our whole trip) and she came out from the office and she said, “we have offices in the back and we have a meeting going on so could you keepIt down?” We weren’t even being loud- just usual game banter between teams and chuckling or commenting on good strategic play. Everyone in my party was older than 16 and we, the parents, were present. The game room was left orderly and just as we found it each time, borrowed games returned, no need to hawk your guests. We were just trying to enjoy our vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having not been back for three years my memeories had not failed me. Marlin Bay resort did not disappoint on any aspect of a vacation. Great unit Wonderful Pool Nice Dockage Staff was very accommodating. I can only think of one negative having to leave!!

Thought it was nice that they moved games outside since the game room was closed due to restrictions. Kids loved the warm pool temp.Some appliances not working so they brought us an extra frig. Very accomodating.
