  • Welcome to Sea Level, a fully renovated and upgraded 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located on the water in the quiet and picturesque Bonefish Yacht Club. This townhome offers beautiful views of the Bonefish Marina and the Atlantic Ocean from 2 spacious balconies, where you can enjoy your coffee watching the morning sunrise and relax with your favorite book in the afternoon shade. You may even catch a glimpse of a sunning manatee!

    This stunning vacation home features 3 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom, for the ultimate in comfort and privacy. The layout, with one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the top floor, is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious stay for 3 couples or your entire family.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from cookware to utensils, making it a chef’s dream come true. Make frozen cocktails in the blender before a night out or cook an entire gourmet meal and enjoy it in the comfort of your new home away from home.

    The car port accommodates up to 2 cars with additional guest parking in the complex. The locked storage area off of the carport is available for your use and includes a bait freezer, beach chairs and toys, and extra room to store your fishing gear. There is a gas grill located in the carport for your use to enjoy your fresh catch, burgers and more.

    Your stay at the Bonefish Yacht Club comes with exclusive access to a heated and chilled swimming pool with a shaded tiki area, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, a designated fishing area and fish cleaning station.

    And, of course, high speed internet is available throughout the home, so you’ll never feel shipwrecked at Sea Level.

Absolutely beautiful!! This house was so clean and had everything we needed.The location was perfect and we loved the views from the balconies. We can't wait to go back! I highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and had a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and attached bathrooms were lovely and very comfortable. It was nice that each couple had their own space. We will be back!!!

This property is perfect for couples, all king suites, crazy comfy beds, its decor is beautiful, every amenity you need, easy to access, clean, great views, relaxing pool & tiki area. We loved it. And appreciate all the little details. We will be back for sure

Worked out great for our family of 6. Enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. Nice open layout. Loved the 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Nicely updated

Great stay

We had a nice time staying at this property - it was extremely clean, well decorated, and in a peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies with a lovely marina view. Glen was quick to answer any questions we had and provided information when needed. Overall, we would definitely stay here in the future if we return to Marathon.

Bonefish Condo

Extremely NICE unit and very well supplied for your stay. We have stayed in many nightly rentals across the country, and we found this unit the nicest so far! Very roomy, clean and supplied very well. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet setting in an upscale community at a fair price! We plan to come back! Thanks!

Flawless, from renting to absolutely everything about the property. The owners were so responsive with any questions we had. The home is beautiful and they have thought of everything. It was nice after each day of snorkeling, fishing or just sightseeing that we were always happy to return “home”

Great location

The property was excellent for our family of 6 adults. We never felt crowded, beautiful views off balconies, and fully stocked kitchen that had we had breakfast and lunch in most days and a few dinners. That saved us a ton of money versus a hotel. Glenn is a great host and answered any questions I had quickly. This is a very nice place to go to Key West from also. Easy drive there and back for a day trip.

Where do I begin? We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The coastal-themed condo was spotless and very spacious. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and cozy living areas. The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially loved spending mornings with coffee on the patio looking out at the boats on the water.Communication with the host was seamless. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from booking through checkout. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth.This was honestly the best vacation rental we’ve ever experienced. In fact, we have already scheduled a return stay at this property. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.Thank you for an amazing stay!

It was such a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place! Right when you walked in it felt so homey with the beautiful Christmas tree and beach decor combo the bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the essential needs! even the neighbors were so friendly! 10/10 would recommend stating here!!

This is the one!

Amazing! Beautiful location, heated pool, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen. Loved three bedrooms each with private baths. It couldn't have been better! We enjoyed every minute. Sunset views are great at Sunset Park. We got to see the Turtle Hospital release a turtle at Sombrero Beach. Check it out The stories of the rescued turtles are heartwarming.

Nice condo but..

The location is a little isolated. There are no restaurants and bars to walk to. The pool was too small for the amount of people staying there (though it was spring break). And the adds indicated a Tiki Bar which was not functional.

Stellar Stay!!!!

This property was immaculate. So cleanly. The kitchen has everything you need! Comfy beds. Beach towels. Beach chairs. I’ve never said this in a rating before but the style of decor and the art work…amazing. Perfect. We had the best time. Location was great for all of the tourist activities. Close enough…yet a nice distance from the crowds. Sitting on the decks with the amazing view…just can’t beat it. Highly recommend.

A great week in Marathon

Exactly what these 3 couples were looking for. A home base for discovery of Marathon. Stayed one week. Loved the accommodations. Super clean and well furnished. Pool was great. Spent time there. Spent time on balcony overlooking the harbor. Spent time around table playing cards. Beds slept great. Easy driving to dozens of restaurants etc. We probably hit about a dozen of them. Exactly the relaxing week we wanted.

Wonderful place to stay

My family of six adults stayed in this condo for a week while visiting the Florida Keys. What a beautiful place and it has a fantastic view. Very well appointed. There was not one thing we needed that was not there. Excellent communication. The area is quiet and the neighbors we did cross paths with were so very friendly. Grocery store and pharmacy were very close. There is a beach just down the road. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Family vacation

We were extremely pleased with everything about this property. The owners provided beach towels, sunscreen, sunburn lotion, bug spray, and everything a family needs to have a great vacation after a flight from TX to FL. Marathon has everything you need but the distance to Key West was perfect and an easy day trip. We went twice! Plenty of excursions to partake in. We kayaked, went to the reef and snorkeled, and did jet skis. The community pool was NEVER busy and was chilled to a nice temperature after being in the heat all day! The dock area has amazing views of the sunset. The only thing we could not take advantage of was the tennis courts as we had no racquets. And the owner provides plenty of chairs to take to the beach. We’d highly recommend and will definitely stay here the next time we return to the FL Keys!
