The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 6 and offers a laid-back home base in the Keys.

Cook your favorites in the full kitchen, which includes a stove, fridge, microwave, and cooking basics. Dine at the table for six, the breakfast nook for four, or outside on the screened patio.

The living room includes a sleeper sofa, recliner, loveseat, TV, and DVD player. Both the living room and one bedroom open to the screened porch—great for relaxing with a drink or catching the breeze.

Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, bed linens, and towels are all included.
Note: Stairs are required to access the unit.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities.
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master).
