Welcome to Southern Exposure Lakefront Retreat this cabin & Bunkhouse is located at ScoPan Lake!

We’re excited to share our rustic lake home of tranquility providing roughly 250 feet of private shorefront property in Northern Maine. We are here to support the lodging of a family vacation, hunting expedition or snowmobiling adventure! You will be able to relax in our spacious lodge & private bunkhouse. You must be at least 25 years of age to book the property. No parties. Number of guests must be disclosed upon rental. Smoking is not allowed. There will be a cleaning fee associated with smoke. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee.

The main lodge and bunkhouse are the perfect spot to work remotely if that is what you choose to do. The properties are supported with Starlink WiFi to ensure you don’t miss an important meeting or streaming of a favorite show. The property includes just about all amenities you’d be used to! If anything is ever needed we’re only a call or text away!

The Southern Exposure Lodge is our cozy and welcoming lakefront home featuring rustic wood, stone and brick accents throughout. We spend a great deal of time outside off the main deck which leads to a screen porch. This area will provide bug protection, a relaxing afternoon napping area or a nice place to catch a game on the tv inside. Additionally a queen size air mattress will fit nicely inside if guests wish to sleep here too! We have a queen & twin air mattress available upon request. The main lodge also provides an open living area with comfortable seating from the den to the living room, multiple heating sources and stunning lake views from most areas. There are also multiple dining options available throughout the property including inside and outside.

The Dining
The equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals inside or outside. The main dining room is in the sunroom, with a comfortable bar dining off the kitchen. There is outdoor dining on the spacious deck looking out to the lake. The screened in porch also offers a dining room to comfortably seat for everyone. The Lodge includes everything we hope you will need like pots/pans, blender, air fryer, toaster, griddle, coffee pot, cups, plates, utensils and an outside grill!

The Sleeping
2 bedrooms are located in the main camp upstairs and an additional 3rd sleeping area off the living room. All bedding is provided and plenty of storage is provided throughout the sleeping spaces.
The primary bedroom is located on one side of the upstairs providing a king size bed.
The second bedroom features a queen bed & full size bed with a tv and portable fan if needed.
The third room includes a queen size bed on the main floor with a direct view of the lake!
Additionally, the main lodge has additional air mattresses if needed. One Queen & One Full size air mattresses to be used in either the main camp or bunkhouse.
The 4th sleeping quarters is in the private bunkhouse featuring a queen size bed! Perfect for late arrivals or someone wanting private space. This sleeping space has a ceiling fan and air conditioner that can be used. As always, direct views of the lake are seen right from the bunkhouse too!

The Lounging
The living room features a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace with windows surrounding providing plenty of natural light. You can relax inside on a leather sectional or recliner. There is a 65" TV that allows you to stay caught up on your favorite shows or stream a movie at night.

The Bathroom
1 full bathroom stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body wash . We also provide toilet paper and request to only use what is provided to ensure the septic system works efficiently.

It is important to note this property does not have a laundry machine or dishwasher.
