"Disappointed. For a premium stay, the service was budget-tier. There is a major lack of communication here: they brought the wrong HDMI cable, and then questioned us at checkout about where it was because the staff hadn't tracked that we’d already returned it. To top it off, I was interrupted mid-conversation while eating on the 33rd floor to be told flip-flops weren't allowed—despite zero signage. For this price, I expect much higher standards and basic coordination."

"Staff was excellent! Amenities were fine. Fitness is OK, but having pull up bar would be nice. Minibar kind of expensive, we stayed earlier in marriott 5 stars new hotel, minibar was twice cheaper. Breakfast wass OK, but at marriott was much better with more choices for the same price. Location is good. The only thing is a room, smelled bad due to toilet sink, staff gave us a air purifier, but if toilet sink stink, nothing helps. Might be only our room, who knows, haven't check other rooms. "

"Everything is great at this perfectly appointed boutique hotel. Top marks to the staff -very helpful assisting me in scheduling golf tee times. Great food and cocktails. Immediately across the street from the ocean/beach. Very close to the mall which has multiple, very good dining options -check out the food courts on the basement level. "

"Great hotel in a very good location with access to everything Pattaya has to offer right outside your door. Kids took over the pool when I was there which was my only complaint as I was hoping for a quiet beer by the pool. It wasn't a holiday killer but I wasn't expecting so many young families. So if your a single traveller like me and the pool is not a priority then the place is great. Also family friendly "

"Dusit Thani Pattaya hotel is aged hotel building, carpets on floor in hall way and rooms are filthy and smelling, Bathroom fittings are aged too, staff not speak English or understand English, kitchen staff not accommodating when requesting vegetarian or special request. Did request to speak to general manager of hotel was informed by reception staff not available as busy. Unable to relax as noises heard by other people walking in hallway and not a place to relax either "

" Roof top Bar was 7 flights of spiral stairs made of very slick tile flooring. Yes the view from their was spectacular. Hard to find as the entrance is in a small alley. "
