Shore Leave es una hermosa propiedad de cinco estrellas a minutos del campo de golf, la playa y la ciudad.

Está equipado con todo lo que necesita para una escapada memorable a la playa: 4 amplias habitaciones con capacidad para 10 personas. Grandes ventanas y puertas correderas abarcan todo el frente de la casa. Escuche el océano desde la cubierta y disfrute de la vista pacífica del patio ajardinado.

A beautiful luxury home in Manzanita

We stayed two nights at Tracy's lovely home in Manzanita in August 2024. I couldn't overstate just how nice this home is and I highly recommend it. We travel a lot and often stay in homeshares all over the worlds. We've noticed a disturbing trend in the business wherein it's clear that the managers of the properties are cutting as many corners as they can to reduce expenses as much as they can. We've stayed in three bedroom apartments that had only one coffee cup and two forks, stayed in houses that had a leaking boiler that had clearly been leaking for years and produced a puddle on the floor, and discovered upon arrival that towels weren't included. I can't remember the last time I stayed anywhere that provided soap and coffee. Tracy's house was an extraordinary surprise. It's clean, in excellent repair and stocked with everything (and more!) than you'd ever need on vacation. And all of it is of first rate quality. The house is beautiful, the location is excellent and Tracy was very easy to coordinate with. It truly was the perfect stay. I understand that there's a lot of pressure on owners and that quality of product is often the first penalty, therefore I'm thrilled to encounter someone that refuses to accept this dynamic and does the right thing. I'll show my gratitude by staying in Tracy's house whenever I'm in Manzanita. It's a great home owned by a quality owner.

An Amazing Stay in Manzanita

We had an incredible stay at Tracy's home in Manzanita. It really is a gem. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to relax and enjoy this well appointed home--indoors and out! It's a great location to explore Colorado's coast. It was a short walk to the beach and into town. We had every amenity at our fingertips. Tracy's home is just beautiful, well decorated, clean and inviting. We enjoyed our visit and can't wait to return!

Magical Manzanita Weekend

Great house with everything we needed. Well appointed kitchen for a group that loves to cook. Great outdoor spaces - deck, fire pit, and multiple places to eat outside and in. Kids loved the pool table and ping pong table in the garage and we took advantage of the bikes that are available to ride. Overall excellent experience and we all wanted to stay longer than we did. We will certainly be back.

This home has tons of 5 star reviews for a reason. It is located in gorgeous Manzanita in a beautiful neighborhood with newer homes. The house is huge with plenty of space for families to spread out. It was spotless when we arrived and it is fully stocked with everything you need to make coffee, cook dinner, grill. The house also has tons of books, games, and DVDs that are well cared for. We were able to walk to the beach with our 4 little kids but it is a hike (pretty flat road though) so we preferred the short drive. The garage is full of tons of beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, bikes, helmets, a ping pong table, and pool table. There is also a deck that wraps around the home and it is a lovely place to sit and have morning coffee and listen to the ocean. If you are lucky enough to book this home, you won’t be disappointed.

Great property and stay

We have stayed at 6 different houses in Manzanita and this property was one of the top 2 and certainly the best in terms of anticipating guest needs and amount of space. Both the house and the yard are of a nice size. The location was quiet and it was a short 3 block walk to the beach. It was also a comfortable walk into town. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could think of for cooking. Tracy, the host, also provided spices and dried herbs, which is a nice touch. This was the best kitchen for cooking in a rental house we have experienced to date. There are also multiple outdoor tables for dining, as well as a dining room table and another table off of the kitchen. A lot of thought has gone into this property in terms of items you might need while at the coast. The garage has bikes and I think chairs for the beach. We didn't use either but it was nice to know they were there. The host also had a matt for the dog bowls, something we had not thought to bring. The property was accurately described. It was 3 blocks to the beach and you could hear the ocean from the front deck. It is just far enough away that you can't normally hear the ocean from the master bedroom. There were just three of us in our party as our son had not quite made it back from his deployment. We had plenty of room .The house would be comfortable for a larger group with 4 nice sized bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a library, living room and an entertainment room downstairs. Both my wife and I worked remote part time while we were there and the library and kitchen table enabled two different work areas which was a big help.

Amazing Property - I give it 10 stars out of 5!!

I use VRBO quite often and if I could give this 10 stars I would. The house is large and fit 8 adults comfortably. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town - and lovely around the golf course. It was impeccably clean and beds were super comfortable. My whole family wants to make this an annual trip.

Spring break at the beach

Wonderful, clean, and well-appointed home. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9). The house had it all which made for fun and relaxing time away with the family. Perfect location just minutes walk to the beach, Nehalem Bay State Park, and downtown Manzanita. We would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book this one again.

Incredible House!

Wow! We were impressed from the second we walked in the door. Tracy has thought of every detail for the stay, from the coffee to the zip lock bags. We felt so at home, and welcome in this house. Our favorite house in Manzanita

This is our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love it. It is the perfect family friendly house. My kids love the air hockey table, the basketball hoop and fire pit outside. It is fully stocked with games, movies, books and outdoor equipment that will keep your kids entertained for hours. The location is very quiet and an easy walk into town. We like to cook and love that the kitchen is well stocked with quality items. Tracy is a fantastic host that goes above and beyond. We can't wait to come back again!

Loved our stay and the sunshine was a BONUS; not always the case when we take our annual vacation on our beloved Oregon Coast. This property was exceptional in the following ways: outdoor seating options, gorgeous grounds, spacious well appointed kitchen, great beds, lack of clutter, ample indoor gathering spaces. We have only three minor suggestions: larger coffee cups, more flatware, and if at all possible a more reliable ice maker. I thought I had fixed the ice maker when I noticed that it was displaying the need for a filter change which I addressed by holding the button down for the auto change process. Alas I did not fix the problem!?

Beautiful modern house with lots of room.

This is a beautiful, modern and roomy house. It felt very open and had plenty of room for our three generation family of eight. With a beautifully landscaped yard, and fire pit, the quiet location is a 15 minute walk to town and just three blocks to the beach.

Wonderful family home!

This is our second year in this wonderful home so well designed for multi-generational families. We bring our 2 adult children and their children. Our grandchildren are all 4 and under, and just love the openness of this space. The large well equipped kitchen facilitates easy meal prep for a large group. With 3 of the bedrooms downstairs and the master upstairs, it gives grandma and grandpa the space and privacy to rest up when needed. Very clean and well maintained. Nice fire pit in back to do s’mores with the kids. Deck in front is large and easily accommodated all of us when eating outside. While not too far from the beach, it is a bit of a walk with little ones, especially when hauling their beach toys and towels. Easy walk to town and close to a playground. If bringing little ones, bring a wagon, makes transporting them and their stuff easier. HIghly recommend.

Great location -- close to cute little town of Manzanita and public golf course, within walking distance to beach. Light and bright interior due to open design of floor space. Wonderful picture windows and wrap-around deck. Well equipped kitchen with two lovely dining areas. Love the game room off the living room and the wood burning stove in the main living area. Very clean and cozy.
