The Space:

Ideally situated just steps to town and less than a five-minute walk to the beach, Rain or Shine is a fully fenced lot surrounded by a nature sanctuary of mature pines, alder trees, and native shrubs and plants. The large, covered country-style porch is perfect for relaxing, bird watching, and listening to the ocean.



This home away from home welcomes you with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a spacious living room. Relax by the fireplace or lounge on the reclining couch while enjoying the 75" Flat Screen TV. Beyond the living room is a sunroom enclosed with large windows looking out into the private yard. This room is perfect for family card games, watching movies, or enjoying coffee in the morning. A recently added perk is the air conditioning for those warm summer days.



Rain or Shine has a fantastic kitchen with a glass top range and oven, a second wall-mounted oven, two kitchen sinks, cabinets galore, and all the supplies you need to make delicious meals. The large dining table currently seats six but has a leaf that allows you to sit at least two more people. You will find an additional folding table and chairs in the garage. There is a half bath on the main floor close to the kitchen and living room.



Up the open staircase, you will find all three spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a California King bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a shower, a 65" Smart flat-screen TV, and Netflix capabilities, just like downstairs. The queen room is in the middle, and the third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and a single twin bed. This room also has a small TV/VCR that kids can pull out and use for games or watching movies. The queen and the bunk bedroom share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.



And there's more! You will find boogie boards, bicycles, tennis rackets, beach toys, and beach chairs in the garage. The fully fenced yard with a freestanding brick fireplace is a nice feature for families with children or people with up to two dogs. Come and see why we call this home Rain or Shine. The Neighborhood:

Rain or Shine is just 2 blocks to the beach and a half block to town. The house is situated on a double lot that is fully fenced in and has a seperate fenced in area for the dogs in the backyard.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
