Located in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful home features a spacious open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views, and a sleek modern design. Exquisite details include Siberian larch interior flooring and exterior cladding, as well as a full suite of high-end appliances in the upscale kitchen.

Two separate living areas each offer ocean views and invite you to unwind indoors, one of which offers a sleeping area with sheer curtains for added privacy. Three well-appointed bedrooms are spread across each floor. All beds are fitted with organic mattresses, 100% cotton linens, and allergy-free comforters and pillows for the utmost comfort.

Step out to the fabulous outdoor living area, where a gas grill, wood-burning firepit, and small pond await. Added perks include a WiFi Bluetooth speaker, books, wagon, beach gear, and yard games.

WHAT’S NEARBY
The Pacific Ocean is a quarter-mile from your door. Hike, bike, or swim at the idyllic Neakahnie-Manzanita State Park. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the 9-hole golf course at Manzanita Links (1.7 miles). The nearby Hallensted Park (1.4 miles) has a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and a playground. Explore shopping and dining options in charming downtown Manzanita, about a mile away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house and neighborhood were beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked which is important to us as we like to cook some meals on vacation. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was a short walk from the house. The town of Manzanita was about a mile south walking along the beach. We would have liked to have stayed longer!

Toney Family New Year’s Tradition

We had trouble with the gas stove & oven. No instructions to ensure we were doing it correctly was located in house, which was a little scary at first because its gas and kept ticking. The same was for the fireplace, which was also dirty. Eventually we figured everything out. The laundry room door got stuck when closed and we had to call to get garage door code. The fridge has a smell that we could not understand. Unfortunately two wine glasses broke very easily when trying to clean them. Other than this, the location and stay was great for our family and we LOVED the view. The neighbors down the street are good friends of ours, so we may consider again for our next year tradition if the price and conditions are right for our family.

It was “ interesting “. Liked the open concept living floor ..it worked well for the 5 of us . Living room furniture was sooo uncomfortable and we had one elderly person who couldn’t even get out of the strange orange chairs. Had an ant infestation in the kitchen.

Modern open living in great neighborhood

This modern layout has an open concept both up and downstairs. Suitable for 2 couples, or adults, and teens or young adults. The staircase is open, so would exercise caution with young children. All 3 bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed with plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. Personally I am not a fan of the multitude pocket doors and find them to be unnecessary in such a roomy property. But certainly not a major distraction. The neighborhood is comfortable and within easy walking to the beach. There is a peek a boo view of the beach from the upper deck and living room, and the sound of the surf can be heard with the doors open. There is plenty of room outside for folks to meander by the fire pit and lovely gardens. Location is unbeatable.

Great stay!!

Beautiful house, clean and in an amazing location. Highlights were the full sized kitchen and great views of the ocean. Only comments we would make: add blinds to the downstairs bedroom, and a larger TV to the living room rather than one of the bedrooms. Otherwise perfect!

Quiet retreat

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the ocean from the living room. The kitchen and BBQ grill on the deck make dining in easy. Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet with private baths in or near the two main bedrooms. We did not use the bedroom with two single beds that a family may need.

Beautiful space! Wonderful Location!

We loved staying in this home! The open floor plan on the top floor was just our style and I could sit by those big windows for hours! It was a quick walk to the beach and to town. It was just the two of us, but this house could very comfortably fit two couples. Will definitely come back!
