    Located in the heart of Manzanita, this house is just a quarter-mile walk down the street from the beach and within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants that line Laneda Avenue. Spend the day beachcombing and dipping your toes in the waves then grab a bite to eat at El Trio Loco Dos, Bread and Ocean, or Left Coast Siesta before a nightcap at San Dune Pub.



    Greet the day with some fresh coffee in the sunroom and a hearty breakfast prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very noisy and mattress very firm but other than that, beautiful vacation home. Would definitely stay there again.

Cozy and Close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just off the main drag of Laneda, it's a pleasant walk to the beach, shops, the bay. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, and well furnished, the house made our stay quite pleasant.

Visiting from Michigan

This was a fantastic house to stay in for our four days in Manzanita. It was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect: close to the shops, restaurants, beach and only a short walk to the larger grocery store. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy stay In Manzanita.

Perfect little coast cottage!

We were a family of three, and the cottage was just perfect! The kitchen is well -equipped; everything was impeccably clean; and the location couldn’t be better (a couple of blocks from the beach; within walking distance of all of Laneda’s offerings).

My sister and niece and i had a great time at Cottage by the Sea. We couch surfed walked around town, comuned with the beach and had a lovely time. The cottage was well equipped and very homey.

Perfect location

Best location, only a few steps away from the action of the town! And a few minute walk to the beach! The house was well equipped, clean and as described. We will definitely be back
