We loved our stay in Villa 1. It was a lovely home with tons of space. Everyone was comfortable there. Just wish the path to the fishing pier was open.

The check in the departure the communication all was so easy. My only complaint with this lovely place is the mattress is worn downstairs but 10 out of 10 on most everything else.

Golf Weekend

We had a wonderful stay in the Villa and enjoyed our golf outing. We have stayed here quite a few times and, as usual, everything was great. Our key code was not correct but was quickly resolved by Stephen. Great stay!!!

Exceeded our expectations!

We rented this property for a leadership retreat and it did not disappoint! Very roomy, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen. Seven adults and no one felt crowded. Wonderful experience! Would definitely rebook!

Cypress Bend Wedding

We were here to attend a wedding. Really enjoyed our stay, this is my 4th time renting this property. Highly recommend the Villa. Great location and condo. Hope we’re able to use it again soon.

Turning somber into sensational

Unexpectedly booked a last minute trip due to death in the family. Booked property due to space for entire family. This property is beyond words. The place itself has everything you could possibly need, but nothing beats the view from every window in the house including the back deck and dock.

Drummvancia and the Bat

The property actually exceeded our expectations. It felt luxurious and was very comfortable for all ages. It was close to amenities - golf course, swings, hiking trails. The view was outstanding. We did have an encounter with a bat that was located in a first floor bedroom behind the curtains. The guys were all playing golf, so the girls just shut the door to the bedroom. However, the bat crawled under the door and ended up near the door. We managed to remove the bat with a broom and bowl but it was an EXPERIENCE! Also, there was a group of about 6 young men in Bayou Villa 2 — right next door who did not heed the parking regulations. They parked in the 2 parking spots for our villa and their villa. As a result we had all had to park elsewhere.

Very nice villa

This was a very nice & spacious villa with awesome views of the lake. Property was well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The owner was so nice & easy to communicate with. He went above & beyond when we had to reschedule our original trip. I will definitely come back!

Best View on the Lake!

From start to finish, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of this home and the property’s a whole. This home is ideal for multi-families vacationing together. There is plenty of space for kids to play and for adults to find a quiet corner for relaxing. The sunsets from the patio are indescribable. The basement/patio is only accessible through the master bedroom which could be a negative for those not wanting to be disturbed but didn’t present a problem for our group. One of the best things about renting this property is the responsiveness of the owner. He responded to every inquiry regardless how small very quickly. Would definitely revisit this property in the future.

Girls’ Weekend

We were very pleased with our accommodations. Villa 1 provided us with a beautiful and comfortable environment to enjoy our time together. The Property Manager stopped by a couple of times to ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this lovely property. The gorgeous view of the lake was icing on the cake. Hope to return for another stay.

Great Family time in Toledo Bend

Great property for our family. This was our 2nd trip using this unit and it worked perfectly. Close enough to boat slip and pool for the kids. Overall a great experience. Property management was consistent and available.

Beautiful View

The house had everything we needed. It was on the lake and had a beautiful view of the lake. Our family of adults and children from 66 years old to 6 yrs. old thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. We cooked most meals and ate out one night at a local restaurant that had a seafood buffet. We used the resorts swimming pool, and a couple of our guys played golf. We fished some, got a few. We also went by boat and car to the local parks beach and swam and played volleyball. It was about 5 min away by boat and 10 min by car. We also shopped at Walmart in Many which is about 25 min away, but there is a well appointed grocery store, bait shop, & Dollar General 10 mins away. In all the home met our needs and wants. This is the place for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation with a gorgeous view.
