"Overall a good place to stay. There were a couple issues which had been taken care of but one. Took a couple days to get to us. Place was not that clean bedrooms were bathrooms somewhat and kitchen not so clean when we got there place ciuld use a good clean dusting lights and ceiling fans cleaning cabinets and outside of appliances"

"The cottage is super cute and had everything we needed. We were in Nags Head for a much needed girls trip. The location of the cottage was within a five minute drive to all the places we wanted to go. We would definitely come back if the opportunity arises."

"We came after Labor Day. The owner was fantastic and communicated with me before, during and after our stay. Easy check in and out. I love that I did not have to bring bedding or towels. The restaurant behind us is perfect for breakfast every day which made me absolutely lazy and happy to not have to cook for myself. Delicious too. I will be back at this home again. "

"The cottage was very nice and well equipped! Easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house has been updated since the photos were taken and it is very nice! The back deck view is covered by a lot of trees so you cannot see the golf course any more. Perfect for a quick trip to OBX!"

"The Flat Top cottage was the perfect place for our week long vacation to the OBX. The living room furniture was comfortable and the king bed was amazing. I rarely sleep well the first couple of nights away from home, but I slept great from the first night to the last. The location of the cottage was great for our trips to Manteo, Hatteras, and Kill Devil Hills. The beach was a short walk with two public access points equal distance from the cottage. "The perfect size for one to two people And a pup or two. Charming bungalow, great amenities. Loved the available seating on porch and deck (though cushions for the rockers and a small table between them wouldn’t be a bad idea.) Great access to the beach and close to grocery stores. Highly recommend!"
