Visit Wapato Point and this stunning, 2018 remodeled Lake Chelan view home! Leave the car behind and vacation surrounded by everything you want: Steps from the pool and a short jaunt to the lake offering boat, paddle board, and jet ski rentals. Eco Valley and Eco Ridge and both within close proximity and offer skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and tubing in the winter months!

Shared tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and grassy fields for Frisbee and soccer are within a stone’s throw. Four comfortable bedrooms, two separate hang out/TV rooms, awesome kitchen, and a gas grill, plus a full laundry room.

Enjoy the sunny deck with lovely lake and foothills views. There's an exercise path right from the house to take in even more views as you walk/jog the beautiful peninsula or go for your morning latte at the nearby coffee stand.

Wapato Point offers the seasonal Wine Maker’s Grill restaurant for an elegant dining experience and a seasonal snack shack for easy lunches/treats when you are at the beach all day.

* The minimum renter age is 25 years old. This applies to all guests that will be occupying the unit with the exception of multi-generational families.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family vacation

Great home for grandparents to share with kids and grandchildren. Parking 3 vehicles in the driveway was tight but we made it work. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing. We enjoyed the amenities and it was convenient to rent boats and jet skis without leaving the resort.

Great family house!

Loved the location and the stunning views from the deck. Easy to access the sandy beach and pool. Great layout with plenty of beds. Three families stayed with 11 people total and there was plenty of room to spread out between the upstairs and downstairs. Looked to book the same house again next year but unfortunately was unavailable. Really enjoyed our stay!

Size of home great. Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Location perfect for families. Close to pool and walking to beach. Need in house book with rules and instructions. Grill filthy. Needs to be better stocked with toilet paper. Paper towels and garbage bags. Would stay there again

Excellent home

The house was a lovely location. Plenty of bedrooms with king sized beds. Decent furniture for our purpose. Lots of little extras such as refrigerator in garage and extra down stairs, toilet tissue, soaps , paper towels, beach chairs. Well kept home. We thoroughly enjoyed our beach time, moored the boat in the marina, rented a jet ski, also tennis, volleyball and miniature golf right there

Disappointed

When we arrived, none of the deck furniture was out. Maintenance came the next day to put out the furniture but it was missing cushions. We then lost hot water. They came out to take a look and said it was the pilot light but still no hot water. Three days of no hot water and they stopped responding to text messages asking for updates. The toilet in the lower level stopped filling with water. So we were unable to use that bathroom. Very frustrating.

Great home but not a 5

The house was great with a lot of space for the 10 of us. The house had everything we needed, even several seasonings and some olive oil. There were beach towels provided above the washing machine as well. Although the home was fully stocked, it did not provide enough dish washer detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, or paper towels for 10 people. The televisions should have directions. It was very difficult to get to the cable when we were ready to settle down and watch a game after a long day in the sun. We were also Very disappointed in the state of the grill. It was not clean enough and would flame up no matter what we were grilling, making it very difficult to cook our meat without charring it. Overall the house was great! It wasn't perfect, but we were very happy to be together in such a beautiful place.

25 Years of Wapato Point Family Vacations

For 7 adults and 2 active young boys, we all agreed that altogether is was just a the right place for all, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Over the years, we've stayed in larger and smaller homes on the point, with some on the water and others near the pool. We found the kitchen, dining and living room to meet our needs, and enjoyed the large deck with a great view. We felt the owners are taking great care of their home (emphasis excellent temperature controls for temps in the 90s. We will definitely keep this home on the top of our list for next year and beyond. I guess I could complain about something, but I don't sweat the small stuff. It was just an awesome three generation family vacation.

All in all everything was great I would say that there is really only 2 parking spots a tight driveway for only 2 pickups. The place was very nice though.
