Upon arrival- needs to improve on instructions for checking in. Thank goodness for the maintenance men for showing us where to go. Upon arrival- someone else was in our room. We thought he was maintenance but seemed to be using room for personal use. I thought we had fallen into a scam- until he said he knew the manager and he called her personally - we were told by him to go to a different floor level as he was using our room. Manager never contacted us for the inconvenience. Our room- clean- until fridge was opened- left over food from previous stay was still left in the fridge. BED- thank goodness for washer/dryer - I had to wash bedsheets. Our last day- the top floor resident was very loud. Could hear their heavy steps and music. Final- took some vacation days to wash the sheets and towels. A big No for a “luxury” stay. The word luxury could be omitted from their catchy apartment title. Overall- we spent enough money for it to be just okay. IMPROVE- Communication & Cleanliness.

A great stay

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the unit is well equipped. Christa was really responsive. The coffee machine broke down the first morning and someone came to pick it up within 15 minutes, and a brand new machine was purchased and installed 30 minutes later. Great customer service!

Nice apartment, pleasant stay

We were in town a few days for family. We had some long days and this place was good for being able to rest and recover at the end of each day. Communication with the manager was easy and we plan to stay here again.

Seeing Mom

This was a fantastic place for me and my family to stay while visiting with my mother. We normally stay at the Holiday Inn right there and this was truly a treat to stay here for this visit. It gave us more room, a beautiful outdoor pool for my 8 year old daughter. We even had a bonus of our niece who lives in one of the buildings that goes with this property. Christa was amazing. She helped me to get in to the apartment after midnight and was so helpful with communication to make sure nothing went wrong. I want to stay here for all my visits to Mankato here. I was bummed…tried to book for Christmas and it was already rented out. Truly a 5 star stay.

Great Place to Stay

This was our 2nd year to stay here. We were in Mankato to watch our son play with the Mankato MoonDogs. The apartment is quiet and comfy with a balcony to sit on during nice weather. It's close to everything in Mankato. We even did some local site seeing during the day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay

Great stay with family and multiple ages. Easy walk to the grocery store, McDonald's and Applebees. Also close to the mall. Good parking on-site. Comfortable rooms and furnishings. Would definitely recommend!

Overall property met expectations. Very pleasant stay for holiday weekend with family. When enter property, you need to initially get buzzed in, turn left, then enter the next door at end of short hallway.

The stay was very nice. I would like to know why the cleaning fee? The checkout list said to strip the beds start a load of laundry, put towels in laundry room, take garbage outside to the dumpster, start the dish washer and leave the apartment in a clean condition.

Perfect Apartment

We were in town for the Mankato MoonDogs games. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It's located within 5-10 minutes (or less) of restaurants & shopping. Very comfy apartment with outdoor balcony seating. We enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool. We would definitely book with Christa again.

Way Better Than A Hotel!

You basically get a relatively new, nicely furnished 2-bd, 2-ba condo, with full kitchen and W/D, for the price of hotel rooms located about a mile away (where other family members stayed) ... this is way better! And Christa was great to work with!!
