The apartment is located in a private urbanization with swimming pool and tropical gardens and is 100 m. from a wonderful beach. It is quite old (+- 35 years) and typical of the area but perfectly restored and equipped (see details in the ad), but no airco.
Many restaurants, bars and shops are already 50 meters from the apartment, so there is no need for a car to get around.
The beautiful Andalusian cities like Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba, Granada are 2 or 3 hours away.
Malaga, Ronda, ... are closer.
Sabinillas is a quiet village where crime does not exist.
There is no private parking, but it is possible to park on the street for free. There is also a paid parking lot 100 m. from the apartment

El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada con piscina y jardines tropicales y está a 100 metros de una hermosa playa. Est bastante antigua (+- 35 años) y típica de la región pero perfectamente restaurada y equipada (ver detalles en el anuncio), pero sin aire acondicionado.
Muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas ya están a 50 metros del apartamento, por lo que no hay necesidad de un automóvil para desplazarse.
Las hermosas ciudades andaluzas como Cádiz, Sevilla, Córdoba, Granada están a 2 o 3 horas de distancia.
Málaga, Ronda, ... están más cerca.
Sabinillas est un pueblo tranquilo donde la delincuencia no existe.
No hay aparcamiento privado, pero est posible aparcar en la calle de forma gratuita. También hay un aparcamiento de pago a 100 m. del departamento.
