All buildings now require a key card to access the elevators. We ordered our new cards but still waiting for their release. In the meantime, please ask the lobby guard to help you access the elevators. They keep a key card with them all the time. We will inform you as soon as the cards become available if it happens to be released during your stay.
The unit door can only be accessed using a key that is inside our lockbox displayed at the side of the door. Lockbox code will be sent along with the check-in instructions. Other things to note We're available 24 hours a day by phone or messaging!
We do self-check-in and check-out. We will send the full instructions along with the lockbox code after booking confirmation.
Check-in time is strictly 3:00 PM and Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early Check-in & late check-out is not guaranteed and are based on availability. If approved, the following charges will apply:
First extra two hours - P500 Past Two hours to a maximum of eight hours - charge is half of the nightly rate. Beyond eight hours is NOT allowed.
Once the booking is confirmed, please email a copy of all guest IDs and vaccination cards (one for each guest) so we can request a guest pass (building security policy). No guest pass, no entry so prioritize sending.

FOR RESERVATIONS OF 1 MONTH & MORE: The guests is required to have the place cleaned mid-stay or at least once a month by URBIA (my co-host). This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. The cleaning fee is 1000 pesos to cover the cleaning & replacement of fresh sheets & towels.
The place is secured. The main guest will have to leave an ID at the reception of Tower B and will have to ask the security guard to provide access to the lift. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor. Please note that the shower & washer at the ground floor powder room is NOT to be used by guests. The bathroom on the 2nd level is ensuite to the master bedroom. All guests will have to use the shower there.
