We will provide extra Uratex Cool and comfy foam, beddings, blankets, and pillows for additional registered guest.

With Bathroom (Hot and cold shower)

SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM:
Uratex Cool and Comfy Extra foams are available to set up in the spacious living room. with bathroom in the laundry/storage room

Other things to note
NOTE: Government ID or Passport required upon booking for all guest for Condo admin registration/Guest pass


1. Please No Outside Shoes/Slippers inside the unit for hygiene purposes.

2. Small-Medium size pets are allowed by condo admin. Pets should wear diapers at all times.

3.Please throw your garbage daily in the garbage area inside the utility room just across the unit main door to avoid pests infestation.

4. No daily cleaning during your stay. We only clean and sanitised the unit before and after you checked out. If you require cleaning, we can arrange with a fee.
