Our unit is equipped with minimalist Scandinavian inspired furniture and appliances. This is 20 sqm studio unit with a bed partition for your privacy. It is fully furnished with minimalism and functionality in mind. After all, you want to come home to a space that is uncluttered and relaxing. It’s internet connection enables you to still keep in touch with the outside.
Bedroom The bedroom features a double sized bed, complete with linens and comfortable pillows. There is a sliding door wardrobe, with hangers to keep your clothes in best shape. A full sized mirror is attached to the wardrobe. A make-up table also doubles up as an office table - as you need it.
Living Room The living room features a sofa and wall-mounted 32in smart LCD tv with cable - ready for your entertainment. WiFi connection enables you to enjoy movie and tv series streaming.
Dining A minimalist dining table is ready to serve you with full tableware (dining table, two chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, mugs) available. The dining table is drop-leaf designed and can be collapsed if you want more space to move about.
Kitchenette Want to stay in and cook? Yes you can! An induction stove is available with exhaust range, with kitchen ware (pot, frying pan, kitchen utensils, knife, cutting board) as well as a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker and electric kettle.
Bathroom The bathroom is well equipped with a separate enclosed shower with hot and cold water, bidet by the toilet and a medicine cabinet with mirror. Relish thoughtful bathroom amenities (body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body & hand towels), slippers and hairdryer.
Amenities The condominium complex boasts of adult and kiddie swimming pool. Extra fee applies per head per usage, payable directly to the Admin department. A kiddie playground is available to keep your little tot busy and entertained for hours. You can jog around too - the ambiance will motivate you.
Transportation Location is the best selling point of our place! Whether you have your own private car, need public transport, or would like to explore by foot - the location caters for all these. Parking is available in the building, no reservation is required as it is based on availability. Payment is directly made to the parking attendant. Public transport is plenty - tricycle, mrt within walking distance, taxi with grab as the most convenient option. By foot - you can go to most desired places within minutes.
Food: Restaurants, Grocery, Coffee fix The building hosts its own mini mall, with a grocery, laundry, bank, restaurants and even its own Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf outlet for your coffee fix..need we say more? ;) A couple more steps away and you can spot Starbucks if its more your taste. If you are up for more choices, restaurants, bars and grills abound as it is close to the infamous ‘Tomas Morato’ - a strip known for its night out options. Guest access ALL guests must submit a copy of their government-issued ID & vaccination card for guest pass approval. Please send it to us right after confirming your reservation so we can immediately request it from the condo admin. No approved guest pass means no entry.
Guests have access to the full unit within the condominium complex as well as to the public or common spaces such as the ground floor lobby, and the amenity area at the 2nd floor which hosts the pools, children’s playground and jogging path.
Please be mindful of other guests in the building. Other things to note You can make use of the building amenities which includes four swimming pools (adult and kiddie size) but comes at a fee payable directly to the Admin dept. The fee per person is PhP 150.00 during regular days and PhP 300.00 on public holidays (as of writing, maybe subject to change without prior notice).
Important! The cleaning fee is for ensuring the place is clean and in order when you check in.
For long stays (min. of 1 month): -You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. -Electricity bill must not exceed ₱3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.
This is a home that has been put together through hard work :) We would like to request that you treat it with the same love and respect that we put into it and we would appreciate that you handle all items with care, and clean as you go.
