If you plan to bring a car, please note that guest parking availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking fees are not included in your booking rate and are paid directly to the admin.
Rates are P25 for the first 3 hours, P10 for each succeeding hour and P150 for overnight parking from 10PM to 6AM.

Some amenities have fees.

Raya Garden charges fees for certain amenities, including the fitness center, pool, drop-off laundry service, basketball court, and clubhouse reservation for private parties.
Please be aware that these fees are to be paid directly to Raya Garden's office if you plan to use any of these facilities. Detailed instructions for accessing the pool and other facilities are provided by Raya Garden's office.

Pool hours are from 7am to 9pm.

For stays of 3 months or longer, up to 9 registered occupants are eligible to use the pool for free.
For stays under 3 months, here is a P200 pool fee per person per day.
This fee is payable directly at the Raya Admin Office.
Please note that the pool is closed for general cleaning on Thursdays.
Weekends and holidays are exclusively reserved for unit owners' use.

Please note that while there is a laundry facility on-site (open Tuesday to Sunday 8am to 5pm), due to high demand, it may take 3-4 days for laundry to be returned.

You and your family start your day with a delicious breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen before heading down to the pool area. You spend the morning swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the pool's lush gardens.

After a refreshing swim, you take a short ride to the nearby mall for some shopping and lunch at one of the many restaurants. You take your time exploring the mall and picking out souvenirs to remember your trip by.

In the late afternoon, you return to the condo to relax and unwind. You enjoy a quiet moment on the balcony, reading a book and sipping on a cup of coffee, while your kids play games and watch TV in the living room.

For dinner, you decide to cook a homemade meal in the kitchen, using the fresh ingredients you picked up from the mall earlier. You dine together at the dining table, sharing stories of your day and making memories that will last a lifetime.

On Saturday, you start your day with a morning workout in the condo's fitness center, which is air-conditioned. After your workout, you head back to the condo to freshen up and get ready for a day of exploring.

You decide to spend the day at the nearby Manila Bay, taking in the stunning views of the bay and enjoying some water activities like paddleboarding and jet skiing. After a day of fun in the sun, you return to the condo for a relaxing evening in.

You end your perfect weekend on Sunday by enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding area. You pack your bags, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to return to your daily routine with a renewed sense of energy and positivity.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO KEEP IN MIND!

We want to ensure you have the best experience during your stay. Please take a moment to read our comprehensive house manual and house rules, as they contain essential information about amenities, fees, and guidelines. For security purposes, the admin requires the names and IDs of all guests. We kindly ask that you provide this information as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience during check-in.

Please let us know your flight details, arrival and departure times, especially if you are arriving late at night or after midnight, so we can make early arrangements with the admin and security to ensure a smooth check-in process.

For your safety, please note that the balcony door cannot be opened from outside. It is essential to be cautious not to accidentally lock yourself out on the balcony.
