Our condo restricts outsiders from entering. The guest can stay safe and quiet, but we also ask the guest to be quiet.

A fine of 5000 pesos ($100) for violating the following.
1. Indoor smoking,
2. dog companionship,
3. noise from indoor parties,
4. additional personnel (Visit or Stay)who have not notified the host,
5. When it becomes difficult to clean.
6. Early checkin or late checkout without notified to the host


We have parking lot front of the condo.
