Service dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable regulations. Handlers remain responsible for their supervision and care at all times.

Guest Registration Requirements
To comply with condominium policies, all registered guests must provide a valid government-issued ID.

Requirements:
✔ IDs for all guests must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival
✔ IDs are used strictly for guest authorization purposes
✔ Approved guest authorization must be obtained before check-in
✔ Physical IDs must be presented at the lobby upon arrival
✔ Visitor passes must be returned during check-out

Late submission of IDs may delay or affect check-in.

Visitor Policy
Visitor access is subject to condominium approval.

✔ Visitor IDs must be submitted 24-48 hours in advance
✔ Same-day requests cannot be accommodated
✔ Visitors count toward the 4-person maximum occupancy
✔ Overnight visitor fee: Php 450 per person per night

Please note that visitor approvals cannot be guaranteed outside office hours, weekends, holidays, or late at night.

Closed Mondays or the next working day after a holiday.
Pool operations may be suspended without prior notice due to maintenance.

Found items will be stored for up to 30 days.
