"Normally I do not bother with these surveys but in Conrad's case I will. This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle. There is not a single area I would complain about. Our stay in one of the executive rooms was flawless and wonderful experience."

"We stayed at six different hotels during our Philippines holiday, and Lanson Place was our fifth stop. I am so glad I upgraded to a Junior Suite here—the room was perfect, big, spacious, and featured a beautiful view of the seaside. Apart from a minor leak in the bedroom from the rain (which the duty manager handled with a complimentary fruit platter since the hotel was at full capacity) and some ground-level noise that luckily wrapped up by 10 PM, the stay was excellent.

"Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold."

"I was scammed with this booking as I did not receive any email from the host on the details. I went to the property and was told I should have the authorisation email and other details. The host could not be contacted anymore. This is very disappointing and frustrating as I needed to look for another accommodation to stay."

"The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly."

"When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."

"I was writing earlier about this stay. I added a day because I wanted my companion to check in early so I could come from the airport to the bed and sleep off some big time jet lag. I covered the negatives in the other review, so I will say some of what went well. The bed was decent and I slept well. The size is a bit larger than a similar place in the Shore Residence which I also stayed at."
