Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located unit in QC! 5-minutes walk to GMA-Kamuning MRT. The building is still finishing construction and some units are getting renovated and some are still bare. Hallways might be messy.

Before deciding to book, make sure you can download the August or Yale App that you will use to open the door.
The space
Chill in my newly renovated condo, Casa Victoria. The unit is designed to suit your taste for gram-worthy photos. Each piece of furniture and decor is thoughtfully chosen to create a Nordic Minimalist visual that is cozy and elegant.

To make your stay more convenient, an Ecosphere UV Water Purifier is provided so you can have clean, healthy drinking water anytime.

A complete kitchen that is equipped with a rice cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a Fridge. A single induction stove is provided for simple cooking.

Enjoy staying in the unit with our 45-in Smart TV that is installed with Netflix and a wifi connection of 72 MBPS should you need to work while you're on vacay.
Guest access
You have access to my entire unit. Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a link for keyless entry to download the August App. Please make sure you are using an Android or IOS phone to download the August or Yale App. This is the only way for you to enter the unit. If you are unable to do so, please don't book.
Other things to note
Literally, a hidden gem in this building! Please note that the building is still at its final stage of completion and some units are undergoing renovation, some units are bare and hallways will be messy but you will still enjoy your peace and quiet in my unit Casa Victoria.

Free Parking is available on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th Floor. Once parked you need to register at the UG Lobby.

As part of our Property Management's Security. Kindly send your full name and names of your companions for the registration once you are booked.

Make sure you have your IDs and Vax Cards when you register to check in
at the UG Lobby.
