This Grayhouse is a fully airconditioned unit located on the ground floor. A safe and private unit perfect for couples. Best suited for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 3 guests.

The space
To make our listing more affordable, below is not included in the booking and guest can only avail it as addons/optional:

1. We have brand new JBL PartyBox On-The-Go that can be used for your Karaoke with ₱600 per night.

LIVING & DINING AREA:

- This unit does not have designated living and dining area. Since kitchen is what you will see upon entering.

- A table is available in bedroom for dining and workstation area.

- With split type aircon and unit is fully airconditioned.

- Unlimited PLDT Fibr internet connection with up to 200mbps. Its shared network and router is located outside this unit. We will provide the Wi-Fi details upon check-in.

BEDROOM
- This unit has 1 bedroom only. It has double sized bed, workstation/dining table, split type aircon and SMART TV facing the bed with Netflix and YouTube ready.

- It has fairy lights that can be connected to power bank to light up & set the mood at night.

- If booking for 3-4 guests, a single floor mattress, 2 pillows and 1 blanket will be provided. Guests can sneak in bed or bring their own mattress/pillows/blankets.

Note: If booking for 3 guests, 3rd guest can sneak in bed. If booking for 4 guests, 1 single floor mattress will be provided (subject for availability). (Important: Please inform your host BEFORE booking to check if floor mattress will be available in the unit or not. Failure to inform before booking, host wont be able to provide it.)

KITCHEN:
- Light cooking is allowed and basic dining utensils are provided.

- Includes induction cooker, 1 pan, mini refrigerator, electric water kettle, microwave, oven toaster and rice cooker.

BATHROOM:
- Equipped with shower, shower heater and bidet. Clothes iron will be available upon request.

- We provide starter toiletries in sachet such as 1 soap, 1 shampoo, 1 toothpaste, 1 tissue and 2 towels only. 3rd guests onwards must bring their own towels.

Please treat it as your personal home and to maintain our low pricing, please conserve electricity, water and maintain the cleanliness.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
- EACH GUEST would need to provide valid government-issued ID (local guests) or copy of your passport (foreigners). Only guest who booked our unit would need to fill-out our online travel & health declaration form upon booking.

No visitors allowed. No third-party booking allowed. Please READ house rules to ensure we are good fit on your stay.

PARKING:

Option 1. For 1 motorcycle or bicycle, guest can park in our hallway for free (gated).

Option 2. For vehicle, we only have one (1) street parking space in front of house and its for free.

Note: Parking space is free and limited. Park at your own risk & first come first serve basis.

For JBL PartyBox Addons:
- Brand new 1 JBL PartyBox On-The-Go with 1 JBL Wireless Microphone for ₱600 per night.
- Connect to JBL PartyBox Speaker via Bluetooth by using your personal mobile, tablet or laptop and steam your favorite Karaoke playlist in YouTube, then get on the mic and enjoy your karaoke with friends!
- Usage until 10:00 PM only and can resume at 7:00 AM next day. Return time at 10:00 AM. Must be used inside the unit only.
- Contract will be provided upon check-in.
- Subject for availability. Must inform your host BEFORE booking if you will avail to ensure slot/availability.
