Admin pool fees are Php350 on weekdays, 450 on weekends, closed for cleaning: Mon or Tue) - Children’s playground - Outdoor green spaces - Grace Mall (Gym, Laundry, Restaurants) PARKING: Paid parking at Grace Mall: Php 45 first 2 hours Php 20 succeeding hours Overnight - Php 300 fixed rate from 1:30 AM - 6 AM (May vary subject to mall terms/availability, ALL parking-related concerns are outside of host liability) Other things to note CHECKIN 2PM, CHECKOUT 11AM: Early checkins or late checkout requests are subject for approval and charged P800 per 2 pax, 2 hours max. Full night rate charged beyond 2 hours. Guest Service fee - this is a service charge paid to Airbnb and does not go to us hosts Missing, broken items or damages to property will be charged accordingly from security deposit. Beyond that is a pleasant city view. City sounds are to be expected but barely noticeable and all our guests have enjoyed a peaceful stay. Monthly stays are already automatically discounted upon booking (10% discount). A mandatory midstay cleaning and laundry will be scheduled for a fee of P1000. Utility bills exceeding P3000 to be shouldered by guest. Rent contract is required by the Building admin and will be provided.
