M Place has everything right downstairs — grocery, pharmacy, bank, massage spa, Coffee Bean café, milk tea shops, Surge Fit gym, and 7-Eleven. No need to leave the building for your daily essentials.



GUEST REGISTRATION

For security reasons, we require a copy of government-issued IDs for all guests. This is needed for registration with the building’s admin and concierge before check-in.


As our guest, you’ll have full access to the unit and select building amenities:

Swimming Pool – Relax and enjoy a refreshing dip during your stay. The swimming pool is open from 6 AM to 10 PM daily (6am to 6pm for kids). You’ll need to secure passes from the admin office.

Admin Office hours:
M-F: 8 AM - 5 PM
Sat: 8 AM - 12 PM
Sun & Holidays: Closed (Guests need to inform us ahead of time if they plan to use the pool during these days)

Passes shall be paid by guests at Php 150 per guest on regular days and Php 300 per guest on holidays.


THINGS TO NOTE

No Smoking / No Heavy Cooking
Smoking and heavy cooking are strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any penalties from the smoke alarm or deodorizing/cleaning fees due to smoke odor will be charged to the guest.

Internet Service
Wi-Fi is provided via Sky Fiber (up to 200 Mbps). While usually reliable, service interruptions may occasionally occur. Please note that these outages are beyond our control, and resolution will depend on the ISP’s schedule. The host will not be held liable for internet disruptions during your stay.
