A comfortable leather couch comes with a SMART TV- You can have a cozy movie night and watch your favorite netflix show or binge on any youtube vlogs you followed.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Comes with a fridge and microwave - Includes pots, pans, plate, cup, glass and utensils. There is also rice cooker and electronic kettle. Enjoy meals together at the dinning table with seating for 3.

Note: There is a 24/7 convenient store at the ground floor, stacked with ready to cook meals and complete condiments for your cooking essentials.

We provide complimentary bottled water and coffee.

Guests will have private access to the entire condo unit. There is a reliable high speed internet. Flat screen tv for Streaming Netflix and Youtube.

A keypad smart lock is used to access the unit.
Entry code will be provided 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

Paid parking is available on the premises at 450/ day. Please let us know in advance so that we can arrange a spot for you.

We provide towels, guest kit, and toilet paper. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

The drive to S Residences Tower 1 @MOA Complex is accessible with googl maps or waze.
