I booked and prepaid for a property through Vrbo, only to be met with **complete silence** from the host. They didn't respond to any of my messages and gave no instructions on how to access the property. I had to get Vrbo customer service involved, and even then, I had to book a hotel on the day of just to have a place to stay. **Unbelievable**. I am still waiting for a full refund of the prepayment, and I am beyond frustrated with this whole experience. **Do not book with this property**.
