Circa 1895 Restored Farmhouse w/ Creekview by Nook. Featuring high end finishes, a gourmet custom kitchen with GE Appliances, granite countertops w/ subway tile backsplash, and functional wood stove w/ stone hearth. The owner's suite bedroom features a primary bathroom with double bowl vanity and tile shower. Outside you will find a two tiered deck on 1/2+ acres. Home is located just off Route 283 within a short drive to Spooky Nook Sports Complex and inside of 30 minutes to Hershey Park.

Set along a paved roadway, only one neighbor to the left when facing the home. Short drive to shopping/restaurants. 2 minutes to Spooky Nook, and a short drive to Historic Mount Joy, with many shops and restaurants. Convenient access to route 283/30, Tanger and Rockvale Outlet shopping.

Recommended excursion to Chickies Rock in Marietta, a breathtaking scenic view above the Susquehanna river. Great location to take in a Sunset due to western facing overlook. Enjoy a picnic or a hike/bike ride on one of the many nearby trails.

Parking for 3 Cars on premise. Short Drive to nearby attractions and dining.

The Host is fantastic and extremely responsive. Our volleyball club has used this property on several occasions - the number of beds is perfect to meet our needs. We are staying again in a week from now :-) The one downside, beyond their control is the limit to parking spots - we arrange to uber back and forth to the Nook as needed as a work around.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house to meet the needs of a larger group. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice. The house was clean. The stairs to the second level are narrow and not accessible for anyone with mobility difficulties. We had two older family members with us and they felt uneasy on the stairs. Overall, nice accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and exactly as described. It was very comfortable and close to everything in Lancaster. The beds were very comfortable and had many amenities as well as a fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Property matched the photos. Cute old farmhouse that has been completely renovated. Plenty of room for the family and updated/new bathrooms and kitchen. Teen loved the bedroom/hang space on the third floor. Tons of towels and kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need. Only suggestion is to have some softer bed pillows for those renters that prefer that option.

It was a nice place to stay

The stay was nice, very clean and had everything we needed, communication was to satisfaction overall had a good experience. My only thing that I would list as a concern is the steps going to the upstairs as they are steep. It was not an issue so much for the adults, but with us having children, it was somewhat of a concern as we were worried about them falling. If someone were considering to stay with smaller children, I would consider possibly a baby gate at the bottom of the steps. Overall was a nice stay and would stay again.

We stayed here for Hershey and Lancaster. The location was very easy to get to, as it was just off a highway. There are a handful of restaurants and gas stations very close by. Getting to Hershey and Lancaster was very easy. We had plenty of room for 9 people to spread out, but also come together to play games in the evenings.

Great Property

This was my group's second stay at this property. Easy check in, the property is clean and has a bunch of the kitchen basics. There was an instance where we needed to contact the host who was super responsive and took care of a small issue right away for us. Cute decor and a cozy vibe with a comfortable couch and beds make it a great place to stay while visiting the area. We will definitely be back the next time we have an event in the area!

Charming farmhouse -! Comfy beds - plenty of room for families . We went in the winter time and it was very well heated -nice laundry room and kitchen area with all utensils and kitchen equipment -best part was location for us- we were only one mile from spooky nook for our tournaments !

Cozy, cute, and plenty of space!!

We came into town for a wrestling tournament at Spooky nook. The location of the house could not have been better for that! We were just a 3 minute drive from there! The house was lovely! Beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and had all the space we needed for our family of 5! Our kids enjoyed the very upstairs hangout space. We look forward to coming back!

Oasis in the country

My family of 8 stayed here overnight after my parent’s internment in Shenandoah on our return to DC. Very relaxing, super cute farmhouse. Plenty of rooms for every one. We enjoyed hanging in the family room with the big TV. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc…. The location is semi rural, and neighbors next door have tarp covered dwellings and perhaps a bit sketchy. We did not have any issues with the neighborsL. House was convenient to local attractions.

A Very Well appointed House

This was a wonderful house for our group of two families. The property was very clean and had everything we needed from towels, linens, and extra toiletries, to a well stocked kitchen with enough cookware and utensils and condiments. The space was very clean and there was space for us to congregate together, but also space for us to be alone. I would highly recommend this space for families and friends if you wanted stay in the area.
