Launch your southwest Montana adventure from our newly renovated barndominium that sleeps 9 in two separate apartments - perfect for those traveling with extended family or friends! Spaces adjoin through an interior garage door. Situated just 15 miles from downtown Bozeman on a 9-acre parcel with star gazing and wildlife just out the back door. Ample free parking with an option for 1 RV hookup. (Contact us to inquire about adding this during your stay.) Close to Yellowstone National Park (72 miles), Big Sky's world-class skiing, blue-ribbon trout streams, and unlimited hiking in Montana's beautiful scenery. Bright, open floorplan with 2 well-stocked kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a washer & dryer in each apartment. Two large attached garages for bikes, skis, and your other gear. Starlink internet & Netflix. The caretaker lives next door to answer any questions during your stay.

Absolutely picturesque and ideal setting. One of the most well appointed homes I've stayed in. Was just enough space for our group of 9. And the host and their family were lovely and super helpful. Thank you!

May 2025 Visit to Bozeman

We were visiting for our daughters college graduation from MSU. While this property is outside of Bozeman, we preferred the location and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We rented both apartments and it worked out very well for our group. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. Excellent hosts.

Amazing Place

We absolutely loved our stay and the well appointed accommodations. The owners thought of everything and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone with a large family or multiple friends looking for a great place to stay. We also loved the farm the cows and the horses.

Relaxing Beautiful Property

Our stay was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Morning coffee gazing across the field is exactly what we needed and the northern lights were absolutely stunning. The condo’s are exactly as described and have everything you would need for your stay.

Beautiful countryside spot

The REAL Montana

I can't say enough about wonderful things about this "barn-dominium". If you are looking for real Montana flavor, look no further! This converted barn is located on a semi-working farm/ranch. Peaceful, quiet, awesome star gazing. The two adjoining units are perfect for traveling families. Kent and Tosha are great hosts and are right next door if you need anything. They even brought us some fresh picked strawberries from their garden! Upon arrival we found a CLEAN and fully equipped condo with everything we needed. There was even a freshly baked tea ring waiting for us! All this and only a quick 15-minute drive from Bozeman! A+++

Perfect for Family

My husband and I, our adult children & granddaughter very much enjoyed our time at the Barndominium! It was especially unique for me as this place was an operational milk barn when I was growing up here and is now owned by a former classmate. We were able to use this aa our base during a family reunion in the area. For us, the location was ideal as our visit purpose wasn't really touring, but family. We occupied both suites so there was able to have some "separate from each other" time as well. The place is new, super clean and beautifully decorated. The homemade tea ring waiting when we arrived was a nice touch and delicious. And when you rent the whole building, there's one in each kitchen! Communication with the owners was easy with quick turn around and responses. Thanks so much Kent & Tosha.

Family Vacation

This property/host was the most welcoming and generous experience I have had with a vacation rental. Everything is clean, modern, and the views are incredible. I was initially hesitant about the location, but it is a 10-20 minute drive to everything in Bozeman. The owners mother had a homemade cake waiting for us on the counter when we got there, little touches like that really made this rental feel like a home away from home. The host accommodated multiple requests and was quickly responsive. If you’re going to Bozeman, this is the place to be.
