This beautiful brick vacation home is located in the San Giorgio vacation village. The vacation park borders directly on Lake Garda and features a restaurant with a lake view, a bar, a beautiful adult pool, and a children’s pool. From the pool and restaurant, you’ll enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda. The vacation village also features a mini-market, playground, Wi-Fi, a volleyball court, a small soccer field, table tennis, and a bocce court. Additionally, a mini-golf course and tennis courts are available for a fee just 300 meters away. The resort is particularly well-suited for families who prefer to do without organized activities and entertainment, ensuring relaxation and rest! Washing machines and dryers are also available. Sun loungers are provided free of charge for guests at the beach and by the pool (subject to availability). The resort offers a magnificent view of a 3-kilometer-long pebble beach that stretches from the harbor in Dusano all the way to San Sivino. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the vacation village.
The brick two-room vacation home with a lake view consists of a bedroom with a double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds. The living area features a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping space for either two children up to 12 years old or one adult (making the vacation rental suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old). The living area features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a sink, shower stall, and toilet. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing while the children play on the playground. Two comfortable lounge chairs by the house are also included. Barbecues are permitted. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. The houses are generously spaced throughout the property, meaning there is plenty of green space available. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum stay required for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The pebble beach is less than a 2-minute walk from the vacation home and is directly accessible. Beach chairs are available (subject to availability). The beach also has a grassy area for lounging.
POOL
The resort features a beautiful adult pool with lake views and a children’s wading pool. Sun loungers are also available to guests (subject to availability).
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort features a children’s pool and a playground. Unlike many vacation parks, this resort is particularly well-suited for families who can keep themselves entertained. Younger guests have a lot of fun at the playground, and the entire family will enjoy the excellent food at the campground’s restaurant. The stunning panoramic view comes free of charge, and you can do your shopping at the small supermarket. Enjoy a relaxed family breakfast on the terrace of your nicely furnished and fully equipped vacation bungalow. Here, you’ll have plenty of privacy.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
In addition to the pool, vacationers also have free access to a volleyball court, a small soccer field, table tennis, and a bocce court. For a fee, guests can use a mini-golf course and several tennis courts just 300 meters away. Water sports enthusiasts and surfers can really let loose on Lake Garda.

The mini-market offers fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and groceries.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pans. There are also shopping options in the immediate vicinity. Of course, you can also dine at the restaurant that is part of the complex. Additionally, there is the option of takeout pizza.

The vacation village in San Sivino/Manerba covers approximately 34,000 m² of gently sloping terrain and is located directly on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda in the Golfo di Dusano. The resort is beautifully nestled in the countryside between the towns of Moniga and Manerba.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Moniga del Garda lies on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. The historic town center nestles against a hill, atop which a castle stands. The massive fortress was built to defend against the Huns. Today, however, it has been transformed into an idyllic residential area. The newer part of the village extends all the way down to the lake, where visitors will find a picturesque harbor and long, inviting pebble beaches. Those who don’t mind the hills will find excellent cycling routes around Moniga, passing through olive groves, vineyards, fields, and meadows. Moniga del Garda also offers a great opportunity to explore the surrounding area, both near and far. In just one hour, you can take a day trip to Verona, with its Roman heritage, the famous balcony from Romeo and Juliet, and, of course, the world-famous Arena, which hosts open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which is perfect for an extensive shopping spree. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Moniga del Garda. A drive around Lake Garda is always a memorable experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, Castelnuovo del Garda is home to Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will find plenty to enjoy here, as there’s something for everyone—young and old alike—with over 40 attractions ranging from whitewater rides to a fairy-tale-themed world. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, ready to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide all the action you could want. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include several endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and red pandas. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
