  • First floor apartment consisting of 1 living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with two i beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 furnished terrace with table for 6 people, 1 balcony, splendid lake view. The apartments are located in an area of 36,000 m2. with three swimming pools, a soccer field, 1 beach volleyball field, 1 children's playground, barbecue area, club house dedicated to children, a small bar. The residence is monitored by cameras and equipped with a caretaker. The residence called 'Montecolo Resort is located in Via Giovanni Pascoli at n. 18, parallel to the characteristic Port of Dusano where you can find an excellent pizza restaurant, a bar. If you love sunbathing at the lake, there is a beautiful public beach at the port.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage und ein herrlicher Seeblick. Das Leben spielt sich draußen auf Balkon und Terrasse ab und kann mitunter auch länger Nachts laut sein. Alles in allem würden wir hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage, saubere und schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Pool und See. Wir waren sehr begeistert und der W-lan Empfang war selbst am Pool sehr gut, was für das Teenie Kind sehr wichtig war 😊

Besser geht’s kaum

Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Gardasee, Weit weg vom Massentourismus. Die Ferienanlage ist super sauber, unser Apartment modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Der Ort selbst hat einige tolle Restaurants von traditionellen bis hin zu gehobener Gastronomie. Wer es ruhig möchte ist st hier bestens aufgehoben.

Fabulous break

We really enjoyed our stay. The complex was well-kept and not overcrowded. The pool was crystal clear with a lifeguard who looked after it superbly. Lots of lovely restaurants and things to do in the locality. We had a hire car, I think you’d struggle without one. Lovely place!

Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Lake Garda. The apartment is in a very nice location and is very well equipped. From the parents' bed you have a direct view of the lake. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool is gorgeous. We can fully recommend this apartment.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung mit allem drum und dran ausgestattet. Die Lage in Hafen Nähe ist wunderschön und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und man hat einen fantastischen Blick vom Balkon. Die gesamte Anlage ist top gepflegt. Der Check-in-Vorgang lief Problemlos sodass der Urlaub direkt starten konnte. Für die nette und freundliche Art von Alessandra und Roshan möchten wir uns hier auch noch einmal bedanken. Wir haben die Zeit bei euch sehr genossen. Viele Grüße Fam. Kürschner

Sehr schöne,ruhige und saubere Anlage mit sagenhaften Blick auf den Gardasee.Anfang Juni war es noch nicht so voll und daher sehr angenehm.Wir sind mit einem sehr großen Auto angereist (Typ Renault Traffic)und hatten so große Schwierigkeiten,auf dem Appartement zugewiesenen Parkplatz zu parken.Glücklicherweise waren noch nicht alle Appartements belegt,so dass wir eine Lösung finden könnten.Am An und Abreisetag kann man mit dem Auto bis zum Appartement zum Be und Entladen vorfahren.Mit einem Auto mit einer Breite 2m ist dies definitiv nicht möglich!!Der Pool ist für alle Altersstufen geeignet,er ist in drei Bereiche eingeteilt mit60 cm,1m und 1,40m Tiefe.Ein Beachvolleyballfeld,ein kleiner Fußballplatz und eine Tischtennisplatte (Schläger und Bälle müssen selbst mitgebracht werden) sind ebenfalls vorhanden.Im Appartement gibt es in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage .Wichtig zu wissen: Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist im Preis NICHT inbegriffen und steht als Hinweis nur sehr versteckt.Pro Person würden 25 fällig,die wir uns gerne gespart hätten..

Top Lage, alte und kleine Wohnung

Die Lage und Aussichten sind toll aber wir sind leider mit der Vermieterin nicht ganz klar gekommen. Vor allem wollten sie paar Tage vor Einreise fürs Endputzen 80€ cash haben. Es fand ich zu teuer und stand im Inserat nicht. In der Beschreibung stand, dass die Wohnung für 5 Personen sind aber wemn man in einer Wohnung 5 Betten unterbringen kann, bedeutet es nicht, dass die Wohnung für 5 Personen ist. Man braucht ja hin und her bewegen und ein bisschen Freiraum. Daher ist die Wohnung für 5 Personen nicht geeignet. Als wir das Vermieterin gesagt haben, war ihre Ausrede, dass wir für den Preis nichts besseres finden konnten... Drittens war die Küche sehr einfach und alt, also nötigste, Bad zu klein dunkel und alt, die Schöafräume ging. Ich habe vor der Buchung andere Kommentare gelesen, waren überwiegend positif. Mein Kommentar ist; solange ihr der Vermieterin keine Beschwerde übermittelt, ist sie sehr nett und freundlich. Wenn ihr aber sagt das und das passen nicht, ist sie sehr schnell nervös und unfreundlich.

Lovely views, great apartment. BEWARE HIDDEN FEES

The Good: The apartment is great, clean and had fantastic views of the lake. It's a great spot to sit on the balcony and relax. The owner is very nice. There is free wifi adequate speed for browsing. It's well kept and comfortable, nice quality saucepans though my mother in law couldn't work the induction hob! Beds were really comfy - the main double is an excellent king size! There is a large fridge and decent freezer. The pool is nice and clean but in late June a bit cold (21 C). The location is up a very steep hill, there is very little to see or do within walking distance. Montecolo Resort is a private housing/holiday complex, most apartments appear not to used by holidaymakers but by the individual owners. It was oddly quiet at times. Only one set of keys was given and it is not possible to leave or get into the complex without the keys. There is a tv but it only tunes the strangest of channels, nothing in English except the odd Dutch channels which occasionally have some English language dramas. The ugly: The booking process is bizarre. Our apartment booked through expedia, confirmed via another agency and ultimately managed by a private individual. We were required to pay additional, hidden/undeclared fees E80 for cleaning and E40 for sheets and towels. There is also a E200 deposit payable. All need to be paid for in cash. Given that it's quite expensive already we found it a bitter pill to swallow. I would expect an expedia booking to include cleaning and sheets!
