Tolle Lokation. Hier passt einfach alles. Direkt am See. Schwimmen im Pool oder vom Kiesstrand in den Gardasee. Highlights: Klimaanlage, Parken direkt an der Wohnung, sehr gute Pizzeria nur 5 Meter entfernt und dennoch alles sehr ruhig. Tolle, gepflegte Anlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung, gepflegte Anlage

Wir hatten eine erholsame und schöne Woche am Gardasee. Check-in und check-out problemlos. Da die Anlage nur zu ca. 30 Prozent belegt war, war es sehr ruhig. Wir konnten unser Lieblingsolivenöl (www.oleariacaldera.com)und den obligatorischen Parmesan (direkt in der Käserei daneben) vor Ort einkaufen. Wir haben selbst nichts gekocht, sondern genossen oftmals die Abende in einem der umliegenden Restaurants oder es gab Wurst und Käse bei einem guten Rotwein auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Wir waren total überrascht, dass es während unseres Aufenthaltes so gut wie keine Stechmücken gab. Das kennen wir aus Italien anders. Unser SUP konnten wir in einem separaten Bereich am See verstauen. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, wenn wir wieder zu zweit verreisen erneut zu buchen.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

This probably one of the best locations you could find. Right on the lake , beautiful landscaped property, wonderful pool in a peaceful residential,setting. This property is close to all the great restaurants in Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda. Also close to Gardagolf and Arzaga,golf. The unit is nicely appointed with everything you need. The first floor unit open on to a nice patio with great views of the lake. It has a modern kitchen with nice European cabinets . The property is gated so not a worry about security. Tiziana and Mauriso were wonderful hosts who met us late at night because our flights were delayed Very easy communication with them. You won’t be disappointed staying here! We will be back next May for another golfing trip!

Traumhafte Wohnung am Lago

Super nettes Vermieterehepaar, dass uns sehr herzlich Willkommen hieß und und ausgezeichnet betreut hat. Die Wohnung selbst entsprach der Beschreibung und alles war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, selbst Espressomaschine und Kocher waren vorhanden. Bei den hohen Temperaturen war die funktionierende Klimaanlage ein Hauptgewinn. Danke Tiziana und Maurizio für 2 sehr schöne Wochen direkt am Gardasee.

Wonderful stay at Lake Garda

The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. The facility is really beautiful and the view of Lake Garda fantastic. On the terrace of the apartment you can have breakfast overlooking the lake. It is only a few meters to the water and you can also eat really delicious in the bar next door. We were very lucky and had sunny weather throughout. Wundervolles Domizil am Gardasee - Wonderful Vacations at the Lake

Wir sind Wiederholungtäter und werden immer wieder dieses Domizil aufsuchen, wenn es uns an den Gardasee zieht. Die Anlage ist ruhig, sehr gepflegt und hat einen direkten Zugang zum See. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und extrem liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Gastgeber sind so extrem sympathisch, sie gehören quasi zur Familie. Wir lieben diesen Ort! We are repeat offenders and will always visit this domicile when we are drawn to Lake Garda. The complex is quiet, very well maintained and has direct access to the lake. The apartment is very clean and extremely lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing! The hosts are so extremely personable, they almost belong to the family. We love this place!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung ☀️

Unser Aufenthalt in der schönen Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen … vor allem die gut gepflegte Anlage ist für Kinder perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher und vor allem der Kontaktgrill war mega. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Pool ist top. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner Shop …wo man frische Brötchen und Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen.

Super langer Urlaub

Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht. Es war einfach nur wunderschön. Von der Terasse hat man direkten Blick auf den See. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Innerhalb der Woche sind nur wenige Gäste da. Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage direkt am See

In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die gepflegte Gesamtanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur eine Heizung im Bad hat uns zu dieser Jahreszeit gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Es ist auch ein guter Ort, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Tiziana und Maurizio.

Tolle, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Seeblick

Der Kontakt zu Tiziana war schon im Vorfeld sehr fürsorglich und unkompliziert. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts hat sie nachgefragt, ob alles okay ist. Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, herzliches Willkommen mit Sekt und Kaffeekapseln für Kaffeemaschine, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Terasse, traumhafter Blick über den Gardasee, sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, toller Pool, für den Strand /das Baden benötigt man Badeschuhe und auch im Wasser sind viele richtig große Steine. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder.

Perfect first family holiday

The appartement was the perfect one for our first family holiday with our 16 month old son Damian. The appartement was safe enough, so he could run around nearly unattended as well as in the huge and beautiful parc of the aparthotel. The pool area is fenced round, so he was not able to run away. Tiziana and Maurizio are very gentle hosts: italian hospitality at its best! We did not have to worry about a high chair or a cot. Everything was provided without any problems. Occurred problems with the WIFI (providers fault!) were solved within hours! We highly recommend this appartement and intend to come back!

Schöne ruhige und grüne Anlage direkt am Wasser

Die kleine aber bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See in den man direkt von einem privaten Steg springen kann. Der gepflegte Park lädt zum Spielen oder Sonnenbaden ein. Unter der Woche ist es besonders ruhig, da viele ihre Ferienwohnungen nur am Wochenende nutzen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und jederzeit ansprechbar, 1a Service.

Die Corona-Massnahmen werden dort sehr ernst genommen, vorm Pool und Spielplatz Bereich stehen Desinfektionsmittel. Da dort viele Italiener ihre Wohnungen haben, die überwiegend nur am Wochenende anreisen, war der Pool und Strandbereich in der Woche so gut wie leer, also gar nicht überlaufen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und sehr herzlich. Man hat sich sehr schnell wohl gefühlt.

Ideale Wohnung zu zweit

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen, gepflegten Anlage in zentraler Lage. Die Ausstattung war gut. WLAN war vorhanden. Das Bad und vor allem die Dusche sind sehr beengt. Wohnung sehr gepflegt und sauber mit minimalen Mängeln in den Ecken.

Erholsamer Urlaub am See

In dieser sehr gepflegten Anlage kann man sich wohlfühlen. In wenigen Schritten ist man am schönen Pool (mit unsinniger Bademützenpflicht) und am See, der ebenfalls zum Bade einlädt, allerdings sind wegen des Kiesstrandes Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Von Tizianas nett gestaltetem Apartment hat man eine gute Sicht auf das wunderbare Panorama des Sees.
