Villa Althea is a holiday home for rent in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast near Taranto. The small villa with large garden and above-ground swimming pool, solarium and outdoor shower, is 50 meters away from the beach.
The holiday home for 6 guests is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets, kitchen with induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, espresso machine.
The holiday home is entirely fenced, with electric gate and parking area. Pets are allowed.

Villa
Althea is a lovely holiday home that promises relaxing holidays in a
lush garden. There is a lovely above-ground swimming pool with beach
beds an a large porch where you can eat al fresco or relaxing on the rocking chairs.
The
villa is lovely and cozy, furnished with attention to details. It opens
into a large living room with dining area and adjacent kitchenette. The
sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms while the other is a twin bedroom with pull-out bed. Moreover, there are two bathrooms, one is inside the villa while the other is outside.

Villa Althea is in a privileged positino, by the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna,
one of the most beautiful areas on the Ionian caost, with large free
beaches and several beach establishments. The coast is characterized by
golden and soft beach, dunes with Mediterranean scrub and crystal clear
sea.
San Pietr in Bevagna is on the coast near Manduria, an
ancient Messapian town with a beautiful and worth visiting old town
centre, an archaeological park and a well-known wine tradition.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Above ground Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 200 to be paid upon arrival.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the double bedrooms and in the dining room.
