Discover Villa Mistral, a magnificent property nestled on the heights of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, ideal for relaxing holidays. You will enjoy a superb panoramic view over the sea, the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands, and the Estérel massif. Almost every room offers direct access to the swimming pool and terraces.

This 230 m² villa is fully air-conditioned and arranged over three levels. The spacious 50 m² living and dining area, featuring a decorative fireplace, is the perfect place for shared moments. It is complemented by an open gallery on the upper level, providing additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available to make everyday living easier.

All rooms in the villa, with the exception of one bedroom, open directly onto the outdoor areas and terraces, inviting you to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. The sleeping area, mainly located on the lower level, accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and a open gallery sleeping area, ensuring comfort and multiple sleeping options.

Master bedroom: double bed (2 x 80 cm, can be joined), full bathroom (bathtub and WC).
Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC.
Bedroom 3: 140 cm double bed, outdoor access.
Bedroom 4: 140 cm double bed, outdoor access.
Bedroom 5 (upper floor) : bunk beds (for children or teenagers).
Open Gallery (upper floor): double sofa bed (additional sleeping).

This generous layout allows each couple to enjoy a bedroom with access to the pool, while also providing sleeping arrangements well suited to large families or groups of friends.

The villa features 100 m² of south-facing terraces with outdoor lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue—perfect for al fresco dining. The beautiful sea view is a constant highlight of the outdoor spaces.

Villa Mistral is located on the heights of Mandelieu, close to stunning beaches and golf courses, ideal for discovering the French Riviera. Our team will be delighted to welcome you for your holidays and will do everything possible to ensure you fully enjoy your stay. Electricity fees consumption to be paid locally.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
