Before access instructions are sent an hour before the standard check-in time, we ask our guests to complete the verification (check-in form and deposit) through Chargautomations. You have the option to select Non Refundable Deposit of £30 or a Refundable Deposit amounting to £300.

With nearby shops, cafes, local restaurants, and universities, it’s a perfect base for exploring Manchester. Ideally looking for long-term stays but we're open to suggestions.

Before access instructions are sent an hour before the standard check-in time, we ask our guests to complete the verification through Chargautomations and authorise the deposit (£300). This deposit is just a hold on your card and not an actual charge. The hold will be made 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released 3 days after your departure subject to our cleaner's report and no issue has been raised. A separate email will be sent that includes the link to process these pre-check-in requirements.

*Early and late check-out*
Requests will be subject to an admin fee of £15, on top of the early and late check-out fees once approved.

*Parking*
There are free on-street parking spaces outside the property.

*No Pets, Smoking, Parties, Quiet Hours*
Please note that the property has a strict policy of no pets, no smoking, and no parties being allowed. Please note that the property is within a residential area and the quiet hours are between 8AM-10PM. Breach of this will result in the damage deposit being forfeited.

*Smart Locks*
The front door and bedroom doors are all smart door handles. Each bedroom door has the same code, personalised for your stay. The front door has a separate code from the bedrooms. All will be sent once the verification/damage deposit has been confirmed.

*Waste Management*
In the kitchen, each bin has been labelled for the various waste you may have in the property. The outside bins have been ordered and will be arriving within 14 days. In the meantime, please leave all waste items in the bags outside of the property. Please see attached the dates when the bin men will collect the waste.
