The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to Scandinavian, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in Manchester's vibrant Ancoats district. The property features a sleek Scandinavian-inspired design, a private balcony with east-facing city views & a bright open-plan living space. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The Scandinavian-style kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, hot water kettle, and toaster. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, salt and pepper. There is a 6-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those travelling on business. Please note: this property does not include a dishwasher, but washing-up liquid, a washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth, and 2 bin liners are provided for your convenience.

There are two king-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout blinds, expansive wardrobes, full-height mirrors, and comfortable bedding and linens.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. The first features a walk-in double shower and couples basin. The second features a double-ended bathtub. Both are fitted with modern fixtures and we provide bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Living area
The open-plan living area is a comfortable and stylish space to relax after a day out in the city. A 55" Sky Glass smart TV offers Sky Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime - perfect for winding down in the evenings. Step out onto the private east-facing balcony to take in views of the urban skyline, including the Etihad Stadium, and towards the Peak District beyond. Blackout curtains ensure you can rest undisturbed whenever you need to. Please note: as with any city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and other building inhabitants.
Sofa Bed
The sofa in the living area can also be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the number of guests booked on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team to arrange sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you are unsure whether your rate includes sofa bed use, please refer to our terms and conditions for full details of our sofa bed policy.
Location & parking
Scandinavian is located in Manchester's Ancoats district, directly next to New Islington tram and metro stations, putting the whole city within easy reach. Manchester's central bar, dining, and retail district is just a short walk away, while the Etihad Stadium and Ancoats' own thriving café and restaurant scene are right on your doorstep. Free secure car parking is available on-site, subject to availability. A public car park is also located at Pollard Street, next to the tram and metro station.
Additional amenities
The apartment includes high-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, an in-unit washer, iron, and drying rack. For your peace of mind, the property is fitted with noise decibel monitors, exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Elevator access is available, and the property is pet-friendly.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within a 15-minute walking distance. There is a public car park located across the road from the building - charges may apply. New Islington Metrolink Station is also located across the road - you are only 1 stop away from Piccadilly Station.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. The accommodation is just like the pictures and is in the perfect location. The hosts were very welcoming and replied very quickly to the queries I had. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing Apartment in Manchester
This was the perfect place to end our UK tour and attend a game at the Etihad. The apartment was just as it appears and very well-maintained. By far the most comfortable beds of the many apartments we stayed in on our trip and overall just really nice. Not a ton of dining super close, but a 10-15 minute walk will get you loads of options. Amazing view of the Etihad if you are a Manchester City fan, which is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
