Just off King Street, you’re surrounded by the city’s energy yet sheltered in a private, restful retreat.

An open-plan living space invites you to gather, unwind, or simply pause. The lounge offers a comfortable sofa and a TV with Sky and streaming services for relaxed evenings in. A six-seater dining table sits at the heart of the room, ideal for shared meals or casual work sessions. Large windows bring in natural light.



Kitchen and essentials

The adjoining kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided so you can enjoy a seamless, home-like experience.



Sleeping arrangements

Two king-size bedrooms each feature blackout curtains, ample wardrobe space, and soft linens for restful nights. The living room sofa converts into a double sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Every detail is designed to combine function and comfort for up to six guests.

The single bathroom continues the home’s clean aesthetic with marble tiles and sleek black fixtures. A walk-in shower, vanity area, and bathroom essentials - including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap - are all provided.

You’ll have a washer, iron, and heating throughout the space, plus reliable WiFi for work or streaming. Entry is simple with a smart lock for self check-in, and an elevator provides easy access within the building. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, a Minut decibel sensor in shared areas, and an exterior security camera at the front door.

Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the second floor to access the apartment.
